College infrastructure is great with enough sitting space and green space
Society network and culture is very prominent and strong
Canteen is affordable and serves quality food and is spacious enough to accommodate lot of students

Dislikes

Crowd the crowd is chaotic sometimes and there are lot of teasing incidents along with lot of fights
Admin is sometimes very arrogant and very unhelpful
Washroom for boys are very pathetic with smell and untidiness

The course curriculum is as per the university guidelines. The faculty is well qualified with most professors being Ph.D. in their respective fields, their teaching methods are basic but interactive. Examinations are held every semester

Internships Opportunities

Internships are very common in college with the college hosting an internship fair every March. Most internships are paid and work from home so that students don't have to compromise with their studies.

Placement Experience

The placement cell of PGDAV college is one of the finest. Students willing to get placed are usually placed with companies including EY DE Shaw. The highest package ever recorded was 36LPA. And the median package is 5 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for every year is very minimal 12555. Free hikes are very rare. Scholarships are available but with consultation and request and approval from the college. Job opportunities are rare for this course. However, basic jobs are available.

Campus Life

The infrastructure is good with one of the finest canteens and libraries. The entire college has been renovated and painted with more students sitting areas and v fine cricket stadium and a lawn for sitting. The college has ac department rooms and a library, College also provides water facilities. College has a well-established society network placement cell, the entrepreneurs' cell.

Admission

Eligibility for the course is based on your board's results. The registration forms are rolled out after the results And then cut off are declared a few days later and thereafter according to the cutt of students get the college. Application forms can be found on the Delhi University website. Admission fees are negligible.

Actually the 3 discipline core subjects are truly important and relevance to my course. However the skill enchantment course and value addition course, even EVS taught this semester barely helps. That sometimes even felt like a burden. Still choosing the right GE, major is useful. I enjoy that... going through.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have a keen interest in theoretical subjects. Even in my school time, I liked theory subjects more than practical or numerical subjects. This is one of the reason I chose this specific course. Another reason is that I like reading non fictional novels. At the age of 15, I started reading novels but after diving into this course I'm liking the fictional novels too. I don't think this course needs to improve anything. It is in it's best form at the point.

MY COLLEGE - HEAVEN AND HELL

Placement Experience:

I think students become eligible for campus placements in 5th semester as now they are mature enough to be given such responsibility and to secure their future. I am not aware about the number of companies and offers. I am also not aware about the highest or lowest package offered but the average package for my college is ?6.5 lakhs per annum. The cgpa should be above 7.5 for better chances of getting placements. My plan is to get a good college placement in starting of the 5th semester.

I knew a senior already and asked her about the college she said teaching staff is good for which I can totally agree..there are a lot of assignments and stuff but at last it's helpful helps to gain exposure, knowledge and experience If you participate in all the activities which happend then it will be really good and helpful But the syllabus is very vast and with activities and assignment it gets stressful For the first year first sem it was very hectic as the exams were in really few gap but it was fine in second sem It is advised to try to study side by side atleast a little bit

St Stephens obviously as for Science, its one of the best DU college.
