Skills with Money

Likes

Study is very good ,there is time to time test or assignment also, professor helps a lot.
the ratio of boys and girls are approximately equal .
There is lot of sports and games tournaments in college.

Dislikes

The college campus is not very good and there are not many fest and performances
Network connection is not good at some places in the college.
Everything is cheap in college canteen but average of the dishes are not very tasty.

PGDAV college placements offer decent opportunities , with recent data showing median salery arround 5 LPA , attracting companise like Wipro, Deloitte and Dell , though numbers fluctuate yearly. the college placement cell actively arranges training, mock interviews, and connects students with recuiters for both internships and full timr roles in IT, Finance, and Consulting , through also opt for higher studies.

All about my Collage.

Likes

The college classes are very good and the benches are also constables
The facility is very supporting, whenever there is any need the facility does not refuse
The infrastructure is also good, why do you need more classes to study

Dislikes

I need a park type space to take a talk with some friends
Why increase sports equipment? This will help in every sports
Sports facility is not good

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to give 4 out of 5 to this course irrespective of the curriculum because extracurricular activities improve our communication skills and our ability to express ourselves. And choose the course in which you are completely satisfied

It is good thing that college is so near by Metro station.The Faculties of this college are so knowledgeable, they all focus on concept & practical learning. Dr. Rajni jagota Mam who is the Author of Business law book .
Placement Cell of this college is good as they organise various programmes for the benefits of students in which they guides students for their carrier & they help the students to learn new skills.
Environment of college is good as senior don't bully their juniors.It has very positive vibes .I also made ver good friends there

Dislikes

I didn't like the infrastructure of the college because in the name of campus they only have 2 grounds , College Authorised Authority did not spend good amount for repairment & development of college.
College Authorised Authorities did not give fund for organising the good fest in college,they just organise very small fest as a formality.

Course Curriculum Overview:

First thing is I was from Commerce stream ,second one I was also Persuing my CA along with my college that's why I choose that course because CA course majorly covers syllabus of b.com honours so that's why it was easy for me . B.com honours offers a more focused and rigorous curriculum compared to general b.com students can specialise in accounting, finance, taxation or business analytics.

PGDAV is Prestigious!!

Likes

Support service is something that not many colleges offers but our college offers both in terms of academic guidance and life lessons as well.
Sports facilities at our campus which is small but still have enough for us to play various sports.
Labs and library rooms are amazing as post classes, i find my solace there.

Dislikes

Some parts of infrastructure needs restoration as they are honestly outdated now.

For statistics IT companies like Dell, Wirpo and others have job offers and roles. 4-5 lakhs is what we were offered and get easily too. For a student getting graduated in just 60k, getting 10x of it as initial placement, nothing more can be asked for.

PGADAV (M) - Truly not your choice

Likes

I personally like how the teachers and a faculties are more helpful for us and coordinated a management is very well.
I like the environment which college give us and it's very nice to have such a positive and what we get to see in our college.
I like the opportunity also which PGDAV morning gave us and the society's also already fantastic they open a broader scope of which we have to learn and write the opportunities in our surrounding.

Dislikes

I don't like the infrastructure of the college personally not so much bad but yeah it can be improve to much it till she like we are on developing says are something sweet can be more better in comparison to other Delhi University colleges.

Placement Experience:

Placements opportunities are very much good and worth grabbing. Even from 1 sem (if you have optional skills) you can get placements in top firms. We have placement cell in our college.In Previous 2023-24 highest package room or college in of 28 lps

College is perfect when teachers are perfect

I liked the statistics teacher . She help all the students in personal matter also
The sports of our college is very nice and gym
All staff take care of our cleaning the corridor timely

Dislikes

Many teachers cancelled their class and did not give any notice
Many teachers are not interested to teach us
The staff is not helping student in their documents that is required

Course Curriculum Overview:

Teachers should give proper Time to teach students and help student ask students that they understand or not . Teacher should give chance to every student but ther don't do. They only teach sometimes and after ring they can't stand in the class and explain anything

college mantain the cleanliness of the class rooms
they maintain the hygeine in washroom and has mirror in every washroom
separate washroom for boy and girl nd such a big library for students

Dislikes

food of canteen is not too gud it's like okk okk
there is a no board of classroom number outside the classes
sometimes teachers came late for the lectures

Likes

library of our college is very much good and fully AC enabled, neat and clean + silence best place to study.
our canteen food was tasty and also affordable
girl to boys ratio in overall college is around 50-50

Dislikes

Campus is not big enough to roam or explore but its ok ok with big ground.
old bulding infrastructure is not renovated , table and chairs are damaged
boys to girls ratio in college is good but in my CS department its negligible 90 percent boys and 10 percent girls.

Placement Experience:

i don't know much about placements because i am in 2nd year , but from the environment and senior talks , placements for tech related job, means for bsc students are less compared to arts and commerce students. and average package is around 4 lakhs per annum and highest would me 12 lakh somthing as mentioned in the placement cell website of pgdav college you can check it .

Faculty is very cooperative and they help you if you finding problems related to academic issues
Our lectures venue is at department which are in north campus and south campus.in college there is no social interaction for masters students.
faculty experience is quite good ,its like average

Dislikes

Washroom of college is not so good and also playground is also small for playing cricket
No social interaction in college because our all classes are held at departments
You also don’t know about what activities or extra curricular activity are going on college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The study material of delhi university in political science In which it follows the syllabus mostly of Cambridge University. Readings are only available in English in which many difficulties are faced by hindi medium students .

First-Biggest Canteen in whole DU which is very nice.
Second We have the biggest ground in the whole DU.
The college is just 50 meters away from Vinobhapuri Metro station.

Dislikes

No Fests in the College for Long Time like other colleges
Very Less extra curricular activities to encourage students
The dominance of Jaat Gurjar in the College.

Placement Experience:

After the 5th semester students become eligible. Companies visited are - Amazon, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Flipkart, Ernst & Young and many more. Highest Package - 23 LPA Average Package - 6 LPA Percentage of students getting placed is 80% I want to get placement after Degree.
