Course Curriculum Overview

My course is bsc(hons) computer science and the course has a wide scope. I've plenty of options open for me after completing this course. I'm completely satisfied with my college faculty. They are very helpful and guide us to the right path.

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 43000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are slightly high for our college as compared to other du colleges, especially for my course. Usually, fees are around 10-15k in other colleges for almost all types of courses. But my college charges slightly more fees.

Campus Life

Tatva is our annual college fest which is widely known all around the du world. So far I've enjoyed tatva only once but I'm soon gonna experience the joy again. Our college library offers a variety of books of almost all types of genres.

Admission

I opted for the science stream (non-medical) in 11th. Hence, appearing for JEE was always at the top of my priority list. But I didn't take any coaching for the exam and appeared for it by only studying ncert.

I chose Chemistry because I like it and this college is best in all colleges of Delhi University for Chemistry. Course consists Organic, inorganic, physical chemistry for main subjects and analytical and cosmetics chemistry for extra subjects. Exams held every 3-4 months period.

I will rate 10 out of 7 to this course curriculum because in this course the experiment and lab works is too low as compare to another courses like biomedical science, bsc zoology and many more. But it's ok I'm happy with this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements on the 3rd year, we have decent placement opportunities but not the best, highest package is around 15 lakhs. Companies that visit are Bain and Co., Urban Clap etc. average package is around 5 lakhs. My plans after getting the degree are getting into a master's programme and pursuing research.

Placement Experience:

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is bsc life science and its not that good for future perspective but it includes both zoology and botany so I choose it. Beside this we have some skill development courses which is quite good it teaches subject like basics skills of IT and python. Consequences after getting admitted in DU

I gave the CUET exams to get my college. CUET exam is basically an entrance test for bachelors degree which eligibles you to all the central universities of India. You have to appear for four domain subjects that you have studied in your class 11th and 12th. You can apply for any course irrespective of it's connection with the subjects that you jave studied earlier. Based on your cuet score you will be eligible for different courses. The cutoff is really high for Delhi University starting from 600 for more most of the courses starting from the lower reputed colleges. You do get reservation benefits. The application form are generally out in the month of April. The exam has nothing to do with your class 12th percentage until you have passed the class. The only demerit I find is the late admission process. By the time you get the results of the exam, other top colleges' admission are done by then....Read More
