Admission was not easy at all, you have to score well in your bachelor's to get admission to the college, you can find the application form online or from the college, if you want to take admission in BTech courses then there is an entrance exam, but for MCA your percentage in graduation matters

I choose this course because I want to choose my career in the IT sector, faculty members were great, the student ratio is also good, and overall best experience with the college, Thapar is one of the best colleges in India, semester wise examinations were there.

Internships Opportunities

Placement and internship values a lot, Thapar university provides huge opportunities for students, internship starts from the 5th semester, and many good companies come here for placements, many students got selected every year, and companies like InfosHCL HCL, Wipro come here

Placement Experience

Excellent college for placement in whole Patiala, If you are sharp and intelligent you will get jobs even in your last semester, many high-level companies, IT companies come there for placement opportunities and their salary package is also good

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees cost you around something in lakhs, there is a semester wise fee, examination fee and , hostel fee in case you are opting for a hostel, but there are many banks that provide a loan, so loan facilities are good, you can study by taking g loan from the banks, scholarship is also there for sc bc students

Campus Life

Awesome campus life, the big library is there, many competitions were held there like rangoli competition, science quizzes sports fair, bhangra, sports fair, also there are many groups made by students like adventure club, dance club

The life of a middle class student in a high profile college.

Placement Experience:

For campus placements college dont have any class. I vistited companies like BMW but they rejected me beacuse of my less knowledge. As college claims you get the packages of 10to 15 lachs higest and average package is 4to5 lakhs . The percentage you required is 75%. I am going to UK after i get this degree and then i am going to do data science there.

A journey towards my dreams

A placement facility is provided by the college. There are special classes for students so that they get prepared for the placement drives and interviews. Eligibility criteria are different for different companies, the minimum is 60%. Various companies like Amazon, and Wipro visited our campus and the package is based on the companies.
