MCA in thapar university, excellent experience

I had applied to multiple colleges like it, sem, Manipal but I chose Thapar due to the class size and the infrastructure and most importantly the culture of a North Indian College. The admission criteria were board percentage due to COVID but may change in future admissions. I applied for 5 Colleges and their reasons for not attending are :- 1) VIT (VELLORE) - Too far from my hometown and is established in a rural area. The College is extremely crowded. 2) MANIPAL (MAIN CAMPUS) - Too far from my hometown. 3) JIIT - Placements not so well as compared to other colleges and not so many research facilities. 4) SRM (KTR CAMPUS) - Placements not so well as compared to other colleges. I didn't avail for any quota but the college provides 50% home domicile quota to Punjab studnets and other SC/ST/J&K migrants. The admission criteria have 60%+ in Physics, Chemistry and Maths. I had applied to JEE, through which I got enrolled in multiple colleges but I opted for Thapar institute of technology because od its past placements records and great infrastructure. I am from the general quota thus no relaxation was provided at the time of admission. the college takes admission through JEE MAINS rank and also through its internal admission test, DECEMBER TEST to the second semester. the admission criteria is one has to score a minimum of 85 % in boards and clear JEE mains to apply to the college.
