Remarks

There wasn't any entrance exam when I took admission but the admission criteria have changed now for DU.overall the college is okayish in terms of study. Extra curricular activities are not that much. The major issue is compulsory attendance thing which may disappoint some students.

I took BA(h) in economics. The faculty is good they have a good experience. They are friendly with the students and look forward to putting their best. Whereas some teachers are there who r not soo good. But overall it's okay.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees per year were approx 7000. I think it's a decent amount. But for placement opportunities, I would say it's very minimal. There is an online portal posting jobs but very rarely and not any big company

Campus Life

College is very beautiful. You will fall in love with the beauty of this college. The classrooms are also very spacious and airy. the fest is conducted in the month of feb. it's also very nice. Many students participate in it. The college has h very good auditorium.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Too vague to understand, feels extra burden of unnecessary irrelevant topics , extra papers like SEC/VAC simply add to the burden while barely providing with any skills and values as their name suggests . Studying them and preparing for exams add extra stress and unnecessary burden on them , diverting their focus from their core papers , which are already too huge and they study materials or readings simply fail to assist . Areas for improvement would be - proper structured study materials , also proper structured practical subjects / papers for students where they can actually learn or gain knowledge/skills which will be advantageous in their future .

Placement Experience:

SRCC has one of the best campuses and our basketball court is so famous that many movies too have been promoted and shot there. Our campus is big too and our auditorium is such that many top personalities have come and spoken there. Even leaders like Barrack Obama too had an interaction with SRCC students in an open air event.

SPMCW is Special!!

I applied at colleges such as LSR and Gargi purely because they were also girls colleges and are above ranked than my college.
