The eligibility of the course is a 60% score in both Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations with a valid score of any engineering entrance examination like JEE Mains or WBJEE. The application form is available on the official website of the college along with the application dates. There are no application fees. The application process is better now with fewer server issues.

From my school days, my favorite subjects were Physics and maths and therefore I chose Electronics and communication as my stream in college life. There is approximately a 25:1 ratio of teacher and student in my college. All faculties are highly qualified with master's degrees in technology and are pursuing Ph.D. In a semester there are three exams which are two internal exams and end semester examination. The difficulty level is moderate.

As my department was Electronics and Communication engineering, therefore we got internship opportunities from All India Radio, DRDO, and JIO. Every semester there were multiple projects which we need to do and the outcome was very good. We need to give a detailed demonstration and explanation of the project that we have done.

The placements were really good with more than 80% of students getting placement offers from different companies. From the seventh semester, all students are eligible to sit for the campus placements except those who have backlogs. The highest package that was offered was 7.5 LPA, and the average package offered was 3.8 LPA. After getting the degree I want to do a job.

There was no hike in fees during my college life. per semester the fees were sixty thousand. If a student has got more than 90% marks on boards then those students have got a 50% scholarship. Also on the basis of semester results scholarships are provided to students which vary from 10 to 70%.

URICON is the name of the annual fest that occurs every year in the month of February. There are many books and journals available in the library and the students can get them at any time as the library is open 24*7 for all students. There are a couple of sports and gaming fests that take place every year. There are different social clubs or associations where students can join and perform in various cultural events of the college.
