College Days.

It has a laid back attitude people don't really care about anything that goes inside the college.

I got admissions based upon my Percentile in standard 12th i opted this college as it was nearest to my place.

All Composite and Effective. It had literature from around the world and we learned about literature from the dark ages, romanticism, modern literature and post modern literature.

Placements were also restricted to certain cream courses such as Economics Honours and MBA. Companies did visited the campus and few got recruited.

There were a lot of events that kept happening at P.G.D.A.V College most of them were cultural and sports. Our college was ranked highest in sports activities.

Cheap not even feasible only 5000 rs per year as far as I remember fees is not at all High at D.U Colleges compared to other private colleges that ask for lakhs.

No Idea i have no idea about the scholarships provided at the college. However there were sports quota and dance quoata during the admissions.

Campus Life is a wonderful experience one should utilize it completely and open up to various activities try new things and not restrict yourself to books. I made a mistake by never participating during any Fest or Functions and I regret it.

I never stayed at hostels mess food was not very healthy i prefered not eating at the college canteens the canteen was not hygenic either.

There is alumuni network but I never went back to college as I started working soon after the college. But there is a almuni section of the college that is working hard to keep students connected who have passed out.

Chilled out exams with Internals once a year. There was not much burden of assignments and regular tests as such. It was a great course and great learning.

Faculty was Great. Amita Kaushik Mam, Suresh kumar Garg sir and many others who made class come alive always. Our subjects were interesting too but teachers were very supportive through out.
