The admission was through the percentage merit system. The college faculty goes in-depth cheching of the documents and admission process is a bit length.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is good but not a lot of subjects are provided. I got the subjects I wanted but a lot of students will have go through the number of subjects provided to achieve the desired admission objective.
Internships Opportunities
I have not applied for any internship yet but definitely will apply. But according to seniors the general stipend offered is around 4k to 10k. The experiences of other tell me that the only benefit of internship is of the work experience that you gain and the stipend is really low for the work given.
Placement Experience
A number of local as well as national companies turn up for the placement process like Adobe, Myntra etc but the packages given are not very par with other institutions but good for starters as they are offered around 3 to 5 lakhs p.a. but in rare cases.
College Events
Yoga Day.The faculty and students celebrated though not with a lot of attention but they did celebrate.Fresher's PartyWas not so great but a good interacting time with the fellow seniors.College Fest.Work hard for this one and the faculty was really helpful in organising that.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very much feasible one especially for the middle class families but not a lot to create burden on poor families. The fee is around 4400 for the whole year and that is not very burdening. Almost all main aspects are covered.
Fees and Financial Aid
As of now I don't know of any scholarship offered by the college.But will be interested to know about any of them being offered by the college. As fees is not a lot there is not a lot need to get scholarship.
Campus Life
The campus life is good. The number of girls and biys are almost equal but boys have an upper edge in numbers. The college has a good ethnic background with students from all over the country, though students from south India are less. Healthy interaction follows between boys and girls. Both are given their due respect.
Hostel Facilities
Average rentals for PGs around the college are Rs 5000. Most of them demand this amount. The PGs are good though the area is a bit expensive one. The college doesn't have any hostel facilities.
Exam Structure
Semester end exams are conducted with a few tests taken by the teachers. The atmosphere is quite chilled out as not a lot of pressure is given rather adaptive learning is there.
Faculty
The faculty of the College is good and are ready to help. The main advantage is that all teachers are experienced and well educated. They are never hesitant to give valuable inputs. They want all to study and some are very strict in that. The interaction with teachers is good and a flexible one. They are well organised and well trained.
