Remarks

Nothing bad, our college was SUPERB, I want to say thanks to my college and college management for providing me such an environment and way, due to which i am able to write this feedback here a big salute to DAV college Delhi.

Entrance Preview

I applied for admission on merit basis in morning shift for B.A. (Pass) course. I follow standard procedure of admission, i.e. filling the form and waiting for the cut off, and then if percentage meets, wait for your turn to come for admission.

Placement Experience

No company was there for campus selection at that time so stipend was there in the picture no company was there for campus selection at that time so stipend was there in the picture no company was there for campus selection at that time so stipend was there in the picture.

College Events

5

I participated in several events during the time there in the college i cannot remember annual days we celebrated in the college wherein we gona excited to meet mates from other colleges whom we used to invite as guest we celebrate b'days and other memorial events of class mates and faculties all total those days were the golden period of our life, this is what i would say about that.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee was bit higher than other regular colleges at that time, but it was flat structured without extra loading onto it, so I would say that it was feasible and not expensive.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I haven't went for any scholarship or loan from college how ever i used to get couple of awards in terms of trophy/certificate and cash.

Campus Life

4.5

Labs, library and sports facilities used to be excellent at that time in fact our college used to be one of the best college in sports performances in the university, college used to hold top 1st and 2nd rank for several years in the university.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel was not there in the college, so no mess was not there but there was a superb canteen where we used to enjoy a lot.

Alumni/Alumna

I am in touch of couple of class mates and college students from other subject and batches we are good friends and provide help and guidance to each other as and when required.

Exam Structure

Exam structuring was done by experienced and very strict group members of the examination committee they ensure very very strict and controlled process of writing the exam. We used felt bad on the strictness sometimes when we require some clues from mates to write in the exam paper but would not get due to examination planning.

Faculty

4.5

Faculty used to be very decent and punctual having depth knowledge on respective subjects.History faculty cooperates with student by suggesting them reference books or guides names for relevant knowledge of the topics. College used to carry high reputation discipline and educational standards. Civil and other infrastructure and facilities were maintained very well, despite of running in two shifts, one cannot find even one single foul in maintenance.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities are mainly for commerce stream departments but the humanities stream also are offered internship from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and Home ministry. There are many private companies that come to offer placements. The students from 3rd year in particular apply for internships. The highest package iffered is 500000 and the average is 250000. About 45% students get placements. My plan after getting the degree is to go for higher studies.
