Human Resource management is the backbone of any organisation in creating a skilled and knowledgable workforce. It deals with several other aspects of an organisaton like providing compensation and benefits, assessment of performance, health welfare, and safety assessment. working towards MBA in Human Resource will give me more oppertunities and expertise in the various fields such as training, employee relation and strategy & corporate networking.

Course Curriculum Overview

Prof Shibashish Chakraborty- very enthusiastic teacher. Great Teacher I have just started from a very basic understanding and Prof Shibashish quickly adapts the level to meet ours, while at the same time demands our full focus and intensity to learn as much as possible during the lessons.

Class Size: 77Course Fees: INR 1530000 per year

Placement Experience

For placements at IIM Ranchi, corporates and students interact via engagement activities, followed by which the batch profiles are shared with the corporate, where Pre-Placement Talks are conducted and resumes of interested candidates are shared with the corporates that conduct the selection process by visiting the campus or video conference

Event managers are promoting your event online, through free e-mail invites and social networking services. they are making sure of participation of every student.Organisers are always quick to respond to any questions I had, and helped me make a very successful site for online registrations.

Campus Life

Pendamic Situation, till now no campus experience. College campus is good. It involves all the facilities for students for personal needs as well as for acadmics need. Lots of books are available in library.

Hostel Facilities

Pendamic Situation, till now no campus experience.Our hostel is located in the National Sports Housing Complex, the venue for the 2011 National Games held in Ranchi. Needless to say, the location is breath-taking. What we get as a benefit of being students of IIM are here are single accommodation bedrooms, majority having an attached washroom or a balcony

7th Semester students become eligible for placements. The highest package is offered by Rubrik in 2025 of 1.41 CR(domestic) High paying jobs are mostly for SWE/SDE roles. Percentage of students getting placed in CSE/AIML is 75, ECE 69, EEE 60, Mech 58. My plans after gettting degree is to get into job sector only for a while. No such higher education plans as such.

At BIT Mesra third is like full of practice for placements and final year more of placements activities than studies. So, when all these things are in order placements obviously will be more or less certain and here they are certain only with almost 90% students are places through campus with annual placements of 8-10 lakhs per annum.

A Genuine Review

Placement Experience:

From 5th Semester onwards student are eligible for internship but from 7th semester they are allowed to sit in campus. Various companies like PayPal, Wipro , cognizant ,TCS ,Genpact ,Amdocs etc. Highest Package this year is 35 lpa and Average Package is around 7.5 lpa. Around 90% of students from circuital branch and around 80% students from non-circuital branch has been placed so far this year. My plan is prepare very smartly for campus placements and bag a very good PPO from are tech based company.
