Internship Review

I had appeared for CAT 2020 to get admission into this college. I had secured 96.41%ile in the exam. After the exam, I had given PI. The panelists asked me situation-based questions and current affairs. All the details related to the application form were available on the college website. The college form had to be filled separately apart from filling the CAT form.

The course curriculum provides peer-to-peer learning and real-life experiences which makes us industry-ready. The faculty: student ratio is 1:30. The teachers are highly qualified and have rich experience in teaching. The exams are designed in a way to apply the concepts learned during classes. The level of exams is moderate to high.

The companies provide roles in various domains which are in alignment with the current trends and what the college curriculum also teaches us. The projects opportunities help us in learning and understanding industry-related concepts. The average stipend is around 90000-1lac per month.

The college provides 100% placements with big brands coming to the campus. The college provides an opportunity for students to sit in the summer internship process from 1st semester and final year placements from 3rd semester. The average salary was around 24 LPA and the highest was around 45lpa. The college always tries to bring new big brands to the campus in order to provide more and more opportunities to the students.

The college fees are comparatively affordable. The college also provides financial assistance as it has tie-ups with other banks to help students avail themselves of loan opportunities. The jobs provide good stipends which help in clearing the loans swiftly. The job opportunities provide far better CTC so that one can clear the loans.

The campus life is great. Every now and then some cultural or sports fest keeps happening which makes the campus life enjoyable and interactive. The classrooms are well-maintained. The books are easily available and also ebooks are provided. The cultural festival is conducted during the month of March which is a great opportunity to connect with other students and college people. The college also provides inter-section sports events.

I had appeared for PI after clearing the CAT exam cut-off. The process was very smooth. The admission criteria involved CAT score, work experience marks, class X, XII, undergraduate marks, and gender diversity as well. I had prepared for these rounds by giving mock PIs and asking the seniors of that college about their interview experiences.
