Rules are strict. Students have to be punctual at college timings. In starting, schedule seems tough but after days goes, all turns into quality. Whatever the schedule is: it is good and long term beneficial for the growth of the students.

Course Curriculum Overview
Our course is quite diversified as this unique 2 year Post Graduate Diploma program has been designed focusing the retail industry needs, with an emphasis on Fashion and Lifestyle Products. Apart from that we learn the concept of customer service & acquire customer experience management skills as per industry expectations.
Internships Opportunities
College has a special programme for internships which is compulsory for every student and they get a monthly stipend for that. Here we get to see the actual industry on our own and work in that environment to get a gist of it.
Placement Experience
The placements of the batch was good. 40% of the students got placed instantly. The highest salary offered was 6 lacs, lowest 2 lacs and average is 3 lacs. Puma, ISS facility services, Motilal Oswal, Thomson Reuters, TCS, Credit rating companies, Transerv Pvt. Ltd. - Payment Gateway company, bookmein.com among others. There were varied roles offered based on specialization.
College Events
Guest Lectures: Students at LCBS get to interact with the business leaders very frequently through the Guest Lectures. These sessions are very inspiring in nature and they provide holistic industry knowledge to the students. Committees and Clubs: All the 9 clubs and 7 committees are students driven and they provide the platform to groom the students and make them business ready with a sense of responsibility.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees is comparatively high as they provide excellent facility in terms of academics as well as activities, the program is quite unique therefore fees is expensive.
Fees and Financial Aid
No scholarships are provided by the campus, students have to pay the full amount of fees, they do not even consider requests for concession as they have that policy.
Campus Life
The students have access to a wide range of books and e-learning materials in the library. The roof-top cafeteria adds to comforts and décor. Though this is a small attempt to describe the college, one has to experience the life at LCBS to get the right feel of it.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is available. Although there is no WIFI facility provided by the management but there is private WIFI service provider in the college.
Alumni/Alumna
Some of our seniors got placed but later, they discontinued it because it was some sort of job agencies.
Exam Structure
Exam pattern is not similar to other b schools, they provide an open platform for evaluations, where students can learn as they earn.
Faculty
The professors are extremely qualified at LCBS and they know how to pass on the knowledge to the students in an interactive manner. You will never wish to miss a single class!
