Course Curriculum Overview

5

course curriculum is vast and gives in depth knowledge and exam structure is according to the du. yes there is industrial visits but not by the college but by the different societies in the college of different courses and field. there is less practical knowledge and more theoretical based . there is quite good lectures on different topics and extra classes, teachers are supportive, skilled and experienced. they give industry and job based knowledge about the work in the future you are going to get into. there were different speakers come to tell about their journey as well

Internships Opportunities

3.5

companies visited like tommy hilfiger, rapido, oyo, times of india etc. but the placement is average and only help you good if you are well enough into your studies.Placements are average. Do not expect really great placements. You will get an average of 3 to 3. 5 lacks per month. You have to enroll in societies and have to mentain good CGPA for getting a good placement.

Placement Experience

companies visited like tommy hilfiger, rapido, oyo, times of india etc. but the placement is average and only help you good if you are well enough into your studies. Our seniors had placed in several companies with income around 30k. Several feed processing companies, food processing companies, aquaculture pond, hatcheries opens for us for our service. Avanthi feeds is the major company reputed our students.

Fees and Financial Aid

national scholarship from national scholarship portal and i get my scholarship on time. your annual family income should be less tha 8 lakh per annum and have to provide related documents with it and a bonafide certificate and different things listed on the website of nsp . my course fees is 10k per year and the mode is online. no there is no additional fees/charges,for the admission. no there is no transparency in the fee breakdown. and there were additional fees for exams and other colleges related activities. the fee structure is too good and there is no pressure on students and their families.

Campus Life

4.5

campus life is fun as it is a part of du. there are sports events too computer labs, big library, offer from different colleges to participate in their programs too like dancing, innovations, debates. students study here from across thr country that make the environment fun and diversified with

The curriculum is very broad and relevant, it covers both theory and practical aspects of the subject. It is very nice to prepare for further higher studies, though more real-world cast studies and interactive teaching.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is relevant to the current aspects of real world. It is also very focused on the practical component of the subject and helps us know how to apply our theoretical concepts in real life. Aspects that influenced me were: the practicality, the relatibiltiy of concepts and the testing approaches as well.

Placement Experience:

Since i am 2nd year myself, hearing from seniors, seeing placement cell activities and reading reports, placement at ipcw are decent but far from perfect. The placement drive is not as huge or reliable as some commerce Acc. to the nirf report, for ug courses out of 1204 eligible students 118 got placed, which is roughly 9-10, for pg course, out of 100 eligible students only 6 got placed. Median package for UG was 6.20 lakhs per annum, and for pg is 6.7 lakhs per annum. In earlier years (2022-23) , median UG package was higher. The highest package went to 23 lakhs per annum which was quite impressive. It was from DE Show and co., Wipro, Capgeminie etc. there are regular recruiters like DE. Shaw abd co.,Wipro, Capegemini, Godrej properties, Sirion Labs etc. What i feel personaly as an eco hons. student unless i build extra i cant really expect placement. Masters and competetive exams are next option
