Remarks
Academic here is a bit slow moving but in turn that gives a very good space and time to prepare for other stuffs or learn new skills. Research prospect could be better. Placement scenario is very good for both coder and non coders. Overall one would enjoy their coursework.
Course Curriculum Overview
Faculty to student ratio could have been better. Faculties with different research domain should also join for widespread analysis and better research choice options for students. Those who are there have good knowledge in their domain and cooperating by nature. Since PG courses are research oriented so it is a viable choice for students.
Placement Experience
Campus placements are very much available for all students. Includes mass recruiter as well as the other type. Those interested for position of SDE and all will be very much pleased to what the college placement has to offer. The core people are also very much satisfied in terms of what is available. The highest placement till now has gone upto 36L and the average is in double digit only.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For gate qualified students MHRD scholarship amount would pay for your fees. I am not very aware of any other financial assistance program that is there but there are many other companies offering their CSR for assistance. One must dive into it if needed. Campus job opportunity is good for all departments.
Campus Life
All that a student desires is present in this campus. Although I missed a part of it due to the cursed year of corona . Libraries are very functional and efficient in their approach. The new Academic building is a treat for the eye for those looking for classroom amenities. Go and search on YouTube. The campus is about 400 acres in size so there are many open spaces for other amenities to be made although what is there is sufficient for all that a student can ask for.
Hostel Facilities
Since I am from 2020 batch we have not been allotted any hostel as of now. Rented facilities are available in the locality adjacent to the college. Once this covid goes away or stalls hostel might be provided to students. The hostel has both sharing and single room availability which is a great amenity to have.
Admission
No GD is there for admission. Qualifying gate and securing a seat via counseling is enough to grant a seat in this college for PG courses.(Mtech). There is no other bar or criteria for admission other than a valid gate score.
