Remarks

The only other college I applied to was Hansraj and since Hindus had a better ranking I shifted to Hindu. I availed my SC quota for admission. The minimum mark was 90% for my quota. I qualified in the 4th cutoff list. No minimum age, minimum qualification was 12th. There was no councelling. We simply had to submit the form for the college in which we qualified.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I just liked the course, The faculty is one of the best. Student ratio is pretty amazing. More girls than boys. Almost 60:40. Everyone is a post-graduate and has atleast one professional certificate. Term exams happen every 6 months. The exams were not that difficult

Internships Opportunities

4

I interned at TVF, tye role was content writing. It was a great experience, got to learn a lot. The project was to write a series of articles on Olympics 2020. Great outcome. The avg reach for the articles was around 5k people

Placement Experience

4

5th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Companies such as Big 4, Bain, Accenture, Dalberg, Shadowfax, etc all visited. The highest package for this year is 13.92 LPA and average package is anywhere around 8 LPA. We have a high placement percentage, around 90%. No plans as such right now

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no substantial fees hike. Every year we pay almost the same amount. The cost to study is very less. None till now. Currently, placements are going on and I am hopeful, I'll get into a good company

Campus Life

4

The annual fest is called Mecca and it is the biggest College fest of DU. It is also one of the biggest fests of Delhi NCR. It happens around Dec-Jan. We have a pretty huge library and people can issue books at any time. Classrooms are great, with all amenities intact such as smart class and ACs. We have all kinds of sports. There are over 60 clubs

Course Curriculum Overview:

Life science includes zoology botany and chemistry considering this combo I think the study material is quite okay in terms of topics chemistry connects school teaching with one step ahead learning . Zoology provides new insights on various topics . Botany covers deeper understanding of syllabus . So overall it's good . Hands on lab work meets the demand of the subject . Also the topics taught match with the type of questions asked in exam. Difficulty level i would say it's moderate for botany and zoology but for chemistry is quite tough. Time management is a much needed skill for examination purpose. For course curriculum i would say more focus on current situation should be laid rather than history .
