Likes

The opportunity of placements are very good.
Faculty is very helpful and strict at the same time.
The privilage of free treatments for students and their families.

Dislikes

The campus is small and no fests are there.
No canteen is there and only badminton court there .
Girls hostel is there but not so comfortable it is.

The course is in developing stage in India. It is quite widely scopeful when comes to abroad. The course teaches so much about therapies. And also the students are made to practice the learning via clinical postings.

Placements are the best part of this whole course. Placements are provided vy the college, at the end of the course which is of duration of 4.5 years. The placements can be at Govt. Hospitals, like AIIMS.

Campus Life

The crowd is mixed. Student unions are there and some societies. Hostlers are quite good. The campuses is small but has all the facilities available like the labs, libraries and the medical room. A small garden is also there.

Admission

For admission in this course, I attempted CET (Common Entrance test). As of now, this course will fall under NEET. And the admission process is done by counselling, that will be informed at the college site.

Faculty

The faculty is fine. They are very strict and firm. One faculty is assigned to a class of 60 students. We gotta sit up for 2 internals and the last university exams. Each subject has 100 marks in total.

Placement Experience:

After 3 semester students become eligible for campus placement . There is not so much chance to get placement. Highest and average packages as per company is 2-3 lakhs pr annum.30-40% students who getting placements.

Remarks:

If you want to study this college is good for you but is you are interested in taking part in extracurricular activities, cultural activities and sports , this college is not for you. But in academics it is unbeatable.

Paramedical field. Boon or bane?

If you want to pursue this course you have to be from a science background and should have completed your schooling with any Board of Education. The exam which enrolls you to this college is CET examination which is held every year. Reservations are provided to SC ST and OBC minority also regional and below poverty line people are also benefited. The difficulty of this exam is moderate. Not many people know about the CET examination so I think they should campaign to spread awareness regarding the exam. Eligibility is just pcb in 12th with 50% above marks. And the application form, fees and dates are all available on the PDUNIPPD official website. Exam is held once every year by the name CET( common entrance test). Exam is a multiple choice questions-based exam in which there's no negative marking and apart from physics chemistry and biology, 20 questions of general knowledge also come in the exam. There is an entrance test for admission to the college. The student should have biology physics and chemistry as subjects in 12th. The minimum mark required to give an exam is around 60%.
