Remarks
Before coming to this college I have applied for Shaheed Bhagat Singh college but I didn't attend that college because of the crowd and its location. When I joined DCAC cut-off was 94.75% but it has been increasing ever since. The admission process was quite smooth you don't have to wait for long to get it done. Both teaching and non-teaching staffs were helpful during the process.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose b.com because it was aptly suitable for me as I have a commerce background and DCAC is the 7th ranked college all over in DU for commerce. The faculty here is as good as any other north campus college and they are highly qualified and their teaching methods are also great. Exams are not that hard to pass and du has a uniform exam schedule.
Internships Opportunities
There are many internship opportunities provided by the Broadway placement cell. Internships are both paid and unpaid. Overall there is a good amount of exposure available. I have been doing a fellowship with a marque entity which I get to know because of Broadway.
Placement Experience
Campus placements generally take place in 3rd year. Many companies including the big 4 come to the college and the average package they offer is 4 lakhs per annum. I am also currently in talks with EY for the placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
Speaking about feed it's not that much and it is Very affordable. Its just 6000-7000 per year. There are many companies coming to college for placements especially the big fours Deloitte KPMG EY PWC etc. And they offer a decent salary package.
Campus Life
There's an annual fest named "Ambrosia ". It is generally organized in February or March and along with that, there are various fests such as panghat annual NCC fest NSS fest, and fests of other societies. There are various societies and clubs you can join such as Enactus, vyapaar, dastgah, etc. Enactus DCAC is one of the best in whole India.
