Remarks

1. You will get admission via jee rank, wbjee rank, 12th marks. 2. Wbjee counselling, jee counselling will allot College and branch according to rank. 3. Minimum criteria for admission: 60% in 10th and 12th for general candidates and 55% for obc and 45% for sc st I think.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teachers are very helpful and they will guide you. Teachers are highly qualified. The course curriculum is very good and it will make you industry ready. Exams are not so tough, just attend your class and make notes and you will get a very good score. But the curriculum is Lil bit hectic there are 2 class tests and presentations, quizzes every semester.

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunity is not so good here. The highest package offered till now in an internship was 1lakh/month from Adobe and it was around 12 weeks of internship. And other students get usually 5000-25000/month.

Placement Experience

Very few students get internship opportunities but the placement scenario is quite good. Like every private college of West Bengal, here also you will get avg package of 3.5 LPA. The highest package offered till now is 15 LPA from Adobe and it was on campus placement. Top recruiters : TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, PWC, Capgemini, Accenture, Wipro, Consultad etc...

Fees and Financial Aid

1. Fees structure for 2020 batch: 390000 in 4 years. Now fees structure for 2021 batch: 434600 in 4 years. 2. Scholarship is available according to the marks of 12th. There are 3 Scholarship categories based on 12th marks: a. 70-79% b. 80-89% c. 90%+. 3. Education loan is also available. 4. On campus placement and pool campus placement is available.

Campus Life

1. I forgot the name of tech and cultural fest but every year our college organize tech fest, cultural fest, freshers party, farewell party, alumni meet. 2. Lots of books are available in the library. 3. Classroom is very nice, neat and clean, well maintained. 4. I am in my 3rd sem and due to corona I don't know exactly the number of clubs in our college but as far as I know, communication club, cultural club, tech club, photography club are there. 5. Students can play in the playground.

Okay college and decent placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is same as all low 3 tier colleges which is nearly 4-5 lpa average salary given by mass recuitor companies .The companies are infosys , ltimindtree , accenture , ibm , capgemini , cognigent , etc .The placement rate is nearly 60 to 70 percent.

Heritage Institute of Technology: A Detailed Observation

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. The average package is around 4.86 LPA and in 2023, the highest package was 16 LPA and in 2022, the highest package was 44 LPA. Talking about my future plans, I wish to pursue my masters abroad after completing my undergraduate course here.

Plans after getting the degree: My plans depends on placement.If I get a job of around 15 LPA then I will not do master degree and if I get job of around 4-5 LPA then I will do master for further great opportunities

Placement Experience:

Despite the low fee structure, my college provides a good placements. Almost every student of CSE Dept who sit for placement, gets the placement between 4lpa - 6lpa. Last year the highest package was ?12 lpa. ECE department has the lowest percentage of placements. And other engineering departments have between 60-70% placement. All the mentioned above is the description of in campus placement. Not many students of my college opt for out campus. But if they do, they get good placements as per the reports. In 2021 a student secured the job in Microsoft, with the placement of ?45 lpa (out campus).

I applied for Adams University and then techno India University but everyone said this university is better than those universities so I applied for this university and it is truly great rather than other universities. MY BRAINWARE

Addmission process was quite good, as eligibility of the course only 60 students can be admitted in these course. There is a minimum requirement of 60%marks in the 12th , directly come to the college for addmission related queries, it is very good feature that you can fill the form up online.
