True Review of SiT (Siliguri Institute of Technology)

Candidates who have passed their 10+2 examination from the council of higher secondary education, West Bengal, or any equivalent exam of the recognized board with 45% and qualified in the joint entrance Examination candidate by the West Bengal joint entrance examination board as recommended by the central selection committee (E&T) are eligible.

They are very humble & helpful. with a vast knowledge of all the subjects. They help us every time while coping up with the difficulties that we face during our studies. They give regular assignments and conduct a general viva every weak to check the progress. Apart from studies, they help in various co-curriculum activities. They are very supportive.

The college gives every student many intership programs. There are good placement opportunities like google, tat, Birla, etc reputated companies for marketing and production. They also offer good salary 25000-30000 per month depending on their quality. many senior students are offered a good position in their company.

Above 95% of the students got placed in our college. The Highest package offered 30 LPA and the lowest package is 5 LPA, But it differs from branches that got the internship. The teachers give us great training.

The college campus has an excellent Environmental. The college campus area is very clean and fresh.Each Department has its own building. The college has got a Wifi facility, Digital Clases, common Library For all. Sport are also held and it is the most exciting week. Big hall is there for indoor programs.

The college has two hostels. The girl's hostel on the college campus. Boys hostel 3 km from the college. the hostel is clean and very good. the hostel facility is provided Bengali food. In front of both hostels has a ground, park, and playground. The hostel has a separate study room.
