This is the best and only one fishery college in WB which is a government college. So many placements are thereafter BFSc or MFSc and have a good govt. job opportunity also likes FEO. We have good laboratories in each department and library also. Teachers are also very good and supportive. But I think college can improve the laboratories with new instruments and students need a vehicle/bus for their emergency purpose. Here admission process for BFSC is done merit wise.
