Remarks

This institute's atmosphere gives the students such kind of vive that the students can easily opt for it. Besides, it's placement process is good along with its faculty members. Bachelor degree with 60% marks followed by CAT / JEE advanced, PI is necessary for the admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

This two years course has four semesters. Core courses which give the basic knowledge, are taught in first year. Elective courses which develop students skills in that particular area, are chosen on the base of students previous years academic subjects. Most of the faculty of this institute have Ph.D degree and they work for the improvement of the students always.

The fee structure of this course is INR 4,00,000(tuition fee). UG students whose total family income is between INR 1 - 5 lacs per annum are eligible for tuition fees waiver. Besides, the institute provides merit cum means scholarship, Inspire Scholarship for the meritorious students.

"Overall, a satisfying college experience"

Placement Experience:

In our college students become elegible for placement after 5th and 6th sem . Preplacement drive such as aptitude test , coding session, group discussion may start from 4th sem . I'm not sure wether i take placement from my college or by myself but my goal after completing my degree is to take a repotative job as software engineer.

The feeling of being in IIT Roorkee

Placement Experience:

Placements are good as you all know its IIT. The avg package of all branches is still around 20 LPA . For CS its around 35-40 LPA. And for all other branches its greater than 15 LPA. Im a first year student so i have not seated in placement but there are so many companies that visit iit roorkee for placements, like google,microsoft, ibm, oracle, etc Highest package secured by a student this year is 1.5 crore. Nearly 95 percent of students get placed every year for sure. My plans after degree is to get placed and do my job.

Is it one of the best private college ?

Placements are really good here many companies comes at campus every year each year the number of companies increases and the highest package is about 32LPA and students are allowed from 7 semester to enroll in campus placement program 100% placement is assured if u are scoring more than 7.5 CGPA and having no backlogs at all my plans are to get degree and try to get the campus placement if possible

I choose this college because it is a GFTIs college and here the curriculum is good and structured in a right direction . The curriculum prepares us very well about the real - world application based problems and it too good . Difficulty level is moderate .

IIT ROORKEE - A SCRUPULOUS REVIEW

Placement Experience:

Iit roorkee provide better Placement opportunities than any other college. It has it's placement and intership cell . Gold man Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, graviton and quantbox are the big recruiters which visit my college. Placement are good with average package of 1800000 per annum. If someone don't get on campus then cell helps in getting off campus placement. Enormous amd strong alumini network helps in getting off campus placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our college curriculum is relevant to our course in this field we save lives of many patients which influenced me the most that's why I always wanted to become a doctor. After the inter introduction of clinical posting we get early exposure to the patients which prepare us for real word application of our knowledge. Time to time exams are conducted here to test are abilities and areas and subjects so that we can improve in that particular field.

Actually I did my graduation from NIT Delhi and also wanted to maintain my MBA standard upto that for which IIT Roorkee was a great option.
