Remarks

First, you have to register for the BSc Zoology on Delhi University Sites. Colleges Under Delhi University published a cutoff list. Choose the college Accordingly You can check individual cut-off lists of colleges on their respective sites. DDUC also published their cut-off list on their sites as well. Check if you come under that cut-off percentage. On the day of counseling, make three sets of the following documents and take the original with it for verification:- 10th and 12th marks sheet, DOB certificate ( in case you have different dob date on class -10th marks sheet) , Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate and Caste certificate ( if you applied under this category) . For OBC, Cast Certificate should not older than 6 months and bring the income certificate of your father . Last year counselling is done online. You have to upload all the mentions documents du portal. Its 2-3 day for colleges to verify documents and published the name of students who get admission.

They conduct a wide range of acitivities and field works. They also organize hands-on workshops and seminars. You can get a very good exposure. They organize activities like bird watching, excursion tours and engage students and make learning joyful. The faculty is very good and supportive. Teaching is very goods. You get big and spacious labs equipped with a wide range of tools , machines, and other facilities.

Internships Opportunities

For My Course, Zoology College and the Department of Biotechnology every year offer internships to the students. They organize outreach programs in rural areas to develop scientific temper in the students.

Placement Experience

Workshops on placement organized every of a student by Placement Cell. Students participate in this workshop and many companies participate in it and offer them placement. Students worried about career can take help from placement cell and career counseling team of the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee range is between 15000-18000 rupee. Every year they're a slight increase in fees. For those students who top in their Academics, the college provides them scholarships, books, and travel fairs to colleges. I don't remember the name of the scholarship. But scholarships are provided to all students who performed excellently in Academics. This scholarship is awarded on the Anual Day of College every year. There is also a campus placements workshop organized for students by the Placement Cell of DDUC.

Campus Life

Kalrav is the anual culture fest of DDUC college. This fest is organized for 3-days. They organize many competitions like dance, quiz, singing, etc. This fest was organized in March and April. DDUC has a large library both offline and online. You can access all books and articles from these libraries. On the 4th floor, DDUC has a virtual library also. You can access all types of books online. There is a reading Hall capacity of 400 students. Books are also available there. Classrooms are equipped with both blackboards and projectors and all rooms have AC. Kabbadi, softball, basketball ball, etc are the main sports of the colleges. There is indoor badminton and tennis ball court in the college. The best clubs and societies I can mark are - Raga ( dance society), Sangyan ( quizzing society), Kalamkar ( literature society) and there is also a society for theatre.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements on the 3rd year, we have decent placement opportunities but not the best, highest package is around 15 lakhs. Companies that visit are Bain and Co., Urban Clap etc. average package is around 5 lakhs. My plans after getting the degree are getting into a master's programme and pursuing research.
