Remarks

The University should improve there infrastructure. By the way I choose this because is one of the best university in india, you have appear in entrance exam for admission.I chose this college because in west bengal it is the best college for those who want be a physical education.Except this the sangit bhaban and kala bhaban in this University is world famous. Lots of foreign students are studying here, only because of the University culture and education system of the University.

The University should develop more sports facilities. I choose this course because I am good in sports and I want to be a physical education professor. The faculty of this University is very much helpful.Teaching is very much effective. As this is a home University here you can pass if you read enough.

One of the best campus. The people of the local very much help. There are losts of programs in whole year. Like dol utsab, ananda bajar, sports facilities are quite good.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Admission fee 5000. Every semester fee is 390. And in physical education department you have to pay 8000 for dresses.Here in west begal you will get f ". Oasis scholarship" amout of 5500 for sc, 4500 for obc, 6000 for st.( For descollar students)And those who live in hostel they get more. Like sc- 12000, st-14000, onc-10000

Heritage Law College is Lovely!!

Placement Experience:

Number of students who have been placed is far less than what it should be ideally. Kolkata is a paradise for law practice as it is the largest city of India and lawyers have always been in demand here. Still only 30% of the students are placed here and that's a big issue considering the name of our college.

The main thing that I love about the curriculum is that we need to study in depth. Our syllabus contains most basic to really professional level stuff which really help us prepare for real life experiences and further academic pursuits. Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. The average package is around 4.86 LPA and in 2023, the highest package was 16 LPA and in 2022, the highest package was 44 LPA. Talking about my future plans, I wish to pursue my masters abroad after completing my undergraduate course here.

Quite an Average Government College which lacks in infrastructure, faculty, and placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I mentioned, the course curriculum is outdated and no new industry knowledge is being taught. Projects and assignments are also bookish and are just for sake. Teaching methods by teachers are also bookish and backward. The frequency of exams are after every 6 months and are pretty manageable and easy.

A Peaceful, Culturally Rich Journey at Visva-Bharati University

I chose VBU over other colleges because of its peaceful campus, strong language programmes and unique academic environment inspired by Rabindranath tagore's vision. I had also applied to JNU and EFLU, but after careful comparison I found VBU more aligned with my learning style and personal goals. The UNIVERSITY offers a more focused and supportive setting with smaller class sizes and close student-teacher interaction which is ideal for studying a language like Japanese. The admission process was conducted through the CUET( COMMON UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE TEST) . The eligibilty was 10+2 with a valid CUET score. For Japanese VBU considers marks of either ENGLISH or GENERAL TEST whichever you get higher marks in.
