Remarks

There are many good qualities in my college as it provides lots of knowledgeable things and freedom us lots of new things, There are no bad things according to me but one thing I want is the scholarship of all caste students. The admission process was online. Cutoffs were provided to us based on our marks. It's and govt. college plus it's a girls college. I found this college on google as top du govt. colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course is based on my 12 streams as it's very helpful for my career. The facility and student ratio is equal. NET in UGC is the qualifications and the teaching methods are wonderful as sources are provided by them to us. The exam was on time and it was not much difficult. We got 3hours for the writing exam and 1 hour for uploading our answers.

Course Fees: INR 7685 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies like asthma, zone media, blue leaves, and many more are there, They offer roles like a digital marketer, video editor, content writer, freelancer, and many more. Projects are like creating awareness and referral after the task certificate and earning are provided to us and we are sponsored by them.

Placement Experience

From 1st semester only students are eligible for campus placements. Intrashal, girls up and many more companies are there and there are many offers offered by the companies. The highest package is based on the student work as they are like internship 2k to 5k per week After getting my degree I will be giving SSC cgl and sab exams ie govt. jobs

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is not much expensive aa compared to other colleges bit scholarship is only for the student of the lower cast though higher cast to require it. As n NCC student we are provided with direct entries in interviews which helps us alot during job

Campus Life

Anual fest:srijan conducted in march. All types of books are available, related to subjects plus all general and valuable books. Edu com is there in every class. Dance, theater show, art competition, singing, NCC, NSS, debate club, and more societies are there for grooming our skills. Vishalakshi is a social group run by spm students and different spmc groups on insta for updates ..

university of delhi have have started compulsory of courses such as VAC ,SEC and many other skill enhancement courses so that you not only rely upon your degree but you enhance your Interpersonal Skills , Communication Skills ,Speaking Skills as in future all jobs and placements are skill based not degree based so for enhanceing and developing a good personality these courses played a major role. The timings of examination were between 2,30-5,30 Pm 3 hours exam water facility was provided during the exam tenure. If in case you forgot to attend or submit your either of IA/CA you may get an essential repeat er even iof you pass in the written exam .

Not my first choice, but not a Bad one either

British classics, Indian writing, postcolonial literature builds a strong foundation in literary analysis, critical thinking, and interpretation, which are useful skills. As for comprehensiveness, the curriculum is quite broad. It covers multiple literary periods, genres, and critical theories over the three years, so you’re not really missing out on the essentials. In that sense, it feels academically complete. But sometimes, it leans more towards breadth over depth you move quickly from one topic to another.

There's a placement cell and placement drives do happen in college but genuinely the package offered is not really considerable. After the 4th semester students are considered to sit in the placement drives though I would say it is not very efficient and fruitful.

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

The reason why I choose this subject because I like history and want to know more about it . History have the best opportunities to pursue the UPSC , Anthropology, archeology and we can learn more about historical researches . The faculty im the department of history is updated and well versed in the field of history and have adopted student friendly teaching methods which make me suggest this subject in JMC to the students who likes to pursue higher studies in history. The exams are conducted at the end of every semester with moderate difficulty level .

SPMCW is Special!!

I applied at colleges such as LSR and Gargi purely because they were also girls colleges and are above ranked than my college. In DU though a proper merit system works and in that merit my score couldn't get admission in those two colleges.
