Remarks

UEM, Kolkata is providing the highest placement opportunities all over the Kolkata and has won the award from the Times group for providing the 100% placement record over the last 5 odd years and constantly. From the placement point of view the college is the one stop place for the students. Also the college is providing facilities and faculties of high standard. The labs are also well equipped and as a result the college is providing good results in terms of jobs.

Course Curriculum Overview

About the course it is bit more difficult to handle because lots of extra activities and here. Like the preparetion for the Government jobs like UPSC, WBCS and all also the entrance exams like GATE, CAT and all. The college is providing free coaching classes for these kind of exams which is really cool for the students. Apart from that the faculties are also very much helpful and student friendly which is really good for the students.

Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Placement Experience

As I have said earlier that the college is providing 100% placement opportuinity. Companies like TCS, Wipro came to our college every year and recruited students at high scale. Last year A student from our college got the highest package of 42LPA in Adobe Technologies.

The campus life is really very good, and strict and discipline. The college timing must be obeyed by the students and otherwise the gatekeepers will not allow you to enter the college, you have to be in a proper uniform otherwise you'll not be allowed. Also the attendance for the students should be above 75% otherwise you'll not be get to sit the exams. Apart from that every year the college is providing the opportunity to showcase our talents through various fests like techno management fest and cultural fests.

Should I Choose IEM.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Okay college and decent placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is same as all low 3 tier colleges which is nearly 4-5 lpa average salary given by mass recuitor companies .The companies are infosys , ltimindtree , accenture , ibm , capgemini , cognigent , etc .The placement rate is nearly 60 to 70 percent.

Heritage Institute of Technology: A Detailed Observation

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. The average package is around 4.86 LPA and in 2023, the highest package was 16 LPA and in 2022, the highest package was 44 LPA. Talking about my future plans, I wish to pursue my masters abroad after completing my undergraduate course here.

Placement Experience:

Despite the low fee structure, my college provides a good placements. Almost every student of CSE Dept who sit for placement, gets the placement between 4lpa - 6lpa. Last year the highest package was ?12 lpa. ECE department has the lowest percentage of placements. And other engineering departments have between 60-70% placement. All the mentioned above is the description of in campus placement. Not many students of my college opt for out campus. But if they do, they get good placements as per the reports. In 2021 a student secured the job in Microsoft, with the placement of ?45 lpa (out campus).

If you come to this college this college is good the teachers are friendly and you will get the campus from the college if you study hard.

You can take admission in UEM Kolkata through IEMJEE Entrance Test or Direct Admission by giving 10,000/-.
