Remarks

Firstly it's faculty, secondly it is a part of iem so that was another factor. As we know about iem and here the faculties keep swapping. The curriculum and it's tution fee is minimal. I also wanted a college not too far so it was a nice suited decision. I was also suggested bt few seniors of mine to take admission in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus is updated. We are not provided with a lot of industrial exposure but a few i mean very few. Here the faculties are really good. I mean i don't know much about different streams but the faculties in my stream ece are really goid and helpful. Their teaching is also nice.

Class Size: 20Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Placement Experience

A lot of it comapines visit here to take students. Good number of students are placed in the past years. The alumni is totally responsible for attracting companies and students receive max 5 job opportunities. The placement is okay.

College Events

Technical and cultural fest are connected. Technical fest includes various activities eg - robo wars, line followers, quizzes, etc. Students from different colleges also participate and it is conducted in the college itself. Cultural fest is also conducted in the college. It includes various activities like dance, singing painting competitions etc. It is not that a big fuction. The students themselves conduct these and take care of everything along with faculty members.

Campus Life

The campus is nit that big. It has got only 3 buildings alongwith a basement where few sports activities take place. There is a small ground at the back where sports activities take place. It has got well equipped labs to perform various experiments. The library is loaded with books, desktops for students to study work upon projects etc.

Should I Choose IEM.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Okay college and decent placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is same as all low 3 tier colleges which is nearly 4-5 lpa average salary given by mass recuitor companies .The companies are infosys , ltimindtree , accenture , ibm , capgemini , cognigent , etc .The placement rate is nearly 60 to 70 percent.

Heritage Institute of Technology: A Detailed Observation

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. The average package is around 4.86 LPA and in 2023, the highest package was 16 LPA and in 2022, the highest package was 44 LPA. Talking about my future plans, I wish to pursue my masters abroad after completing my undergraduate course here.

Placement Experience:

Despite the low fee structure, my college provides a good placements. Almost every student of CSE Dept who sit for placement, gets the placement between 4lpa - 6lpa. Last year the highest package was ?12 lpa. ECE department has the lowest percentage of placements. And other engineering departments have between 60-70% placement. All the mentioned above is the description of in campus placement. Not many students of my college opt for out campus. But if they do, they get good placements as per the reports. In 2021 a student secured the job in Microsoft, with the placement of ?45 lpa (out campus).

If you come to this college this college is good the teachers are friendly and you will get the campus from the college if you study hard.

You can take admission in UEM Kolkata through IEMJEE Entrance Test or Direct Admission by giving 10,000/-.
