Remarks

Globally accepted,one of the oldest and trusted university. The university has grown into one of the largest universities in India. There are 16 faculties, 86 academic departments, 77 colleges and 5 other institutes spread across city, with 132,435 regular students (114,494 undergraduates and 17,941 postgraduates). There are 261,169 students in non-formal education programmes (258,831 undergraduates and 2,338 postgraduates).

Course Curriculum Overview

All these are made to serve a purpose if we try to change it, then the motive will surely change. It will no longer be called a course curriculum, academics etc. So in my opinion the syllabus should remain same.

Placement Experience

I belong to a non professional course, so no issue of placement. Hopefully I'll do something good with my life. I am having lots of opportunity after this course yeah but university from which you are graduate is important.

College Events

Extraordinarily amazing, when we came to college from school it was an extra ordinary feeling. College life becomes amazing if you are having a great infrastructure and a couple of good friends. Words can not explain such feeling.

DTU FROM A FRESHER'S PERSPECTIVE

Placement Experience:

Campus placements begin in final or fourth year. So from 7th semester students become eligible for on campus placement.From 5th semester or 3rd year students are eligible for on campus internships with very good package. In Nsut all top companies like Google, microsoft ,adobe, amazon, flipkart and many more visit.Around 300 companies visit each year. Highest package in 2024 is 83lpa in cse branch and 18 lpa average.In cse placement percentage is 70%, and in ee it is lower around 40%.

NSUT- A rollercoaster but definitely must have experience.

Placement Experience:

After internship season gets over, placement season starts with starting from 7th semester. At the start a lot of good product based companies visit and gradually the package offered start decreasing. The placement season lasts for full one year and around 90-95% students get placed.
