The fees structure of delhi university is very simple we have to pay fees semester wise and delhi university fees is also very low .so that's the part i really liked about delhi university .yes delhi university provides scholarship also.
They are very well experienced and most are phd holders, even the guest lecturers are so talented and inspiring and have a way to handle the students.
Last but not the least i liked the infrastructure too..the new building is just awesome. it is the best building among all the colleges.

Dislikes

The benches in the classroom is bad. the white board is also not good
The entrance exam was good but the normalisation process was very disappointed which was for no reason and the biggest game player was obviously the reservation quota(sc/st/obc).
Some teachers are very bad in teaching and they does not focus on student

The inside of zakir Hussain

I liked the diversity that was present in the college campus
The student bodies there are active and provide help from time to time
The size of our department is quite small so it is very convenient for most of the students to interact with the teachers

Dislikes

Caste based dominant groups are present which give s a bad impact on the diverse people present
The staff to student ratio is comparably low and and is sometimes cumbersome
The unopened new campus which would be way more convenient for classes considering the growing student population

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum I took is okay considering the low placement percentage from the college's side which is I would say sometimes bad and good at the same time as the students can find their own way around such things. Faculty just complete the topics. we have to study ourselves.

No ragging in college.they made good college
College structure is soo amazing i love new building structure
college area is soo good near by they have alot of good places

Dislikes

Old building structure is too poor everywhere cracks in building
Too small college area they don't have too much big area
Canteen food is not so good i saw canteen food is too bad

Zakir Hussain College is Life!!

Likes

Beautiful landscapes in and around the college and that's so good to see everytime I enter the college.
No ragging and infact seniors here run shoulders with juniors like us.
Sports committee has ensured that our college students get a direct entry into the university team if we are capable enough.

Dislikes

Why the hell the college lacks a hostel when more than 20% students are outsiders here.

Honestly I know Zoology course placements aren't much. It's a research based course and therefore if we are hired by some researchers we might get a job worth 30-40k in hand. However, for other courses the placements at our college are great.

Faculties was good of my department (mathematics)
Infrastructure is good it has a new building which is so classy
Canteen was there in the campus food was affordable

No ground available in the college campus
Comparatively, college has smaller campus
No ac available in the classrooms some time it's so hot in summer

I really like the campus location . You know you're so close to cp i mean like it's just few minutes away from the main gate and you can go there however you want like buses metro and even auto
It's the crowd and also the variety of crowd like in campus you can meet students from all over the indi for example like east , west , north and even south one indians and also every religion

Dislikes

It's so hard to tell but even if I have to choose i would say it's the toilet of bcr

As you know my course is bsc physical science in this respective course there are 3 core subject which do imply in irl situation like organic chemistry which we see on regular daily basis and same goes with physics and maths. There's no need to improve in curriculum but In my opinion college staff should losen the time table a bit it would be helpful for the students like me who lives far away from collage

The Real Ups and Downs of the First DU College

My department (the best psychology co-ed college in UOD), our professors, my current and junior batches.
Separate common rooms for boys and girls
New building that is currently in for inauguration

Dislikes

Boys who catcall incessantly, rumours about a sexual harassment case
Low security for females even in said safe spaces
New building taking forever to be opened and low quality infrastructure

The placement cell is quite active in updating students regarding internships and placements. However, I have not participated in college placements. I had previously participated in placements offered by the North Camous and got placed at a Career Development Centre.

The most admirable thing in zhdc for the chemistry course is department of chemistry. It's too good.
The teachers are very helpful and expertise in their own fields
Laboratory is very good. It have all the necessary equipment.

Dislikes

I think Placement for this course offer by zhdc is quite low
They Organize less events such as fest or department event

As much as I could gather information about Zakir Husain Delhi College DU from some of my friends, everyone gives almost similar responses and reviews about the college.

In terms of infrastructure, the college has a chance to compete with the prestigious and leading colleges out there. The campus includes Wi-Fi, a magnificent green space, inspiring classrooms, elevators for those with disabilities, a canteen with an affordable menu, a mother dairy, and practice-friendly labs.

The professors are incredibly helpful for both personal and professional matters.

In today’s world, online education may be difficult, but they have adapted successfully. They are also excellent with offline material. The courses cover everything in detail and prepare students to take on real-world issues in the workplace. Exams during the semester are neither very difficult nor difficult. Students can pass with ease if they are properly prepared and have studied.
