Remarks

Because it is an institute of national importance and it is nit college every Indian science student want to join nit or iit so I choose this college in iit or nit teachers are highly qualified and atmosphere of college is very good

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is very good but want some modifications faculty are highly qualified every teacher from iit or top University course need much modifications lab is poor lab is worst need lots of modifications

Good but I am science student so I don't know much about it we have zero placement so I don't know about placement

Cumpus life is perfect so many cultural festival so many fastivals many students participate we enjoyed every fastivals there is many technical fastivals also I don't know much about it because I am a science student

Superb everything is superb library is superb sports facilities are poor WiFi is good infrastructure is good location is college is far from City but environment is sooooooo green physics lab is poor want some

Hostel Facilities

Hostel infrastructure is good mass food is ok WiFi is ok hostel are very good we have new hostel hostel is very clean and conditions are good we enjoy our hostel room is big we have 24 hours light water

Placement Experience:

Mainly students from 5th semester are recommended for campus placements and many local comapanies have made a visit in our college Highest package provided is around 8 lakh per annum and the average package being provided is around 3.5 lakh to 4 lakh per annum Percentage of students being placed are around 50 to 60 percent all total My plans after getting degree is to pursue mba from highly reputated college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty members were quite slow in some aspects. Yet they need to work on the staff for the admission department. Would definitely look up for improvement for the coming sessions. Haven't had any class yet due to covid but they say it's gonna start soon. Hope we don't lose out this year.

Remarks:

Students from entire North East Region used to come to JB College. Many also came from northern province too. The feasibility, faculty and the campus were the centre of attraction for the students. I owe to college for everything that I am today.

NIT Silchar Everything You need to know

I chose this collgege because it is in my homestate has a great allumni connection , great placement and highly qualified faculties. The other colleges I applied for were NIT Durgapur , AEC,NIT callicut,IIIT Pune,NIT Andhra Pradesh. NIT SIlchar has largest campus amomg all these colleges...and a great placement. This is good college overall and it's placement record is far better than other private colleges and most of NIT so I choose here CSE . Is NIT Silchar a good University?

Ine josaa counseling , I had applied it for NIT Silchar and Assam University Silchar. NIT Silchar is found to be better than Assam University in various rankings like NIRF ranking etc. Students have to appear for joint entrance examination to get admission in b.tech courses in NIT Silchar.
