Remarks

I chose igdtuw because it's a good reputed government college. I always have been passionate about mechanics and mechanical engineering. I love the practical approaches in mechanical science. It's a great field.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teachers are knowledgeable and polite. All faculty members are either from nits or iits. The college focuses on overall development. All members are highly experienced in theur particular areas. They are extremely humble.

Placement Experience

Placements are quite good for igdtuw. Around 90% of students get placed on an average. The lowest package is around 3 lakhs and the average package is around 8 lakhs. The highest package is 40.5 lakhs.

College Events

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel like the curriculum is a little out dated and boring but due to a good faculty it makes the course more worthwhile The curriculum is very text based and less practical and more emphasis on bookish knowledge persists still .

As per I've heard, placements here are decent. I can't say for sure because I'm new here. About my plans, I am doing CFA side by side because I don't believe that a bachleors degree has any valur of it's own, one needs to pair it with something else.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As a person who wants to build a strong foundation in both economics and mathematics, B.A.(Hons.) Economics was my first choice. This course not only provide valuable insights into how real world economics work, but it also has great career prospects. Students studying economics major actively take consulting, research, risk management as popular career choices. Since this is a practical course with a broad focus on mathematics, the difficulty level is from moderate to high.

Placement Experience:

Students after completing third year are eligible for placement. Placements start before starting of fourth year, and it requires students to have no backlogs in any subjects. However companies can imply their own rules to filter the students such as minimum CGPA criteria. But placements of our college is one of the best placement for a non-IIT college, despite having so many student intake.
