Remarks
Actually I didn't want to do drop after my class 12th like all students of my class were doing but my parents were suggesting me to take a drop and appear for the medical exam but I didn't want to be a doctor so as an alternative I look for a college and I found IISER Mohali best for that.
Course Curriculum Overview
A lot of improvement is requires in the course structure first is the duration of minor year should be reduced from 2 year to 1 year, second students should not be forced to study all the subjects during their minor year a lot of courses should be offered to students and students should itself be allowed to choose their preference subject.
Placement Experience
The only place where IISER Mohali is lagging behind is in terms of placement as IISER Mohali doesn't offer technical courses so direct placements to companies is not possible the only sector in companies where students can go for is Research and Development Department.
College Events
IISER Mohali is very good in extracurricular activities and the clubs of IISER Mohali are very good in making students life enjoyful and try to releive stress educational stress from them. INSOMNIA is the annual fest of the college which is organized every year in the month of February-March.
