Remarks

First of all as a B.tech aspirant I have think about the placements. For this university the placement record is 100% and that puts a shock to me. After that I have researched on it and found that it is real and the university such of job offers 100% from the last five years. Then I have get to know about the faculties and the lab facilities which are really important if you are from a engineering background. Thats the things I have seen and chosen the university.

Course Curriculum Overview

On the course and the faculties and also the curriculum is bit more tough and lengthy as compared to the other colleges and universities near about the kolkata circle or west bengal circle. But the reason of being the syllabus is hard and lengthy is beacuse the university is providing you the luxury of getting more industry ready when you are just pursuing the B.tech degree.

Placement Experience

For the engineering point of view the companies that have came to our college or university are TCS, cognizant, Capgegami, Infosys. Last year Adobe came to our university and selected 10 students who got the package of 42 LPA

College Events

The campus life was really enjoyable though we have not flexible timings but the discipline that shown by the university is really a worthy one and we all must keep that kind of discipline in our day to day daily life.

Should I Choose IEM.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Okay college and decent placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is same as all low 3 tier colleges which is nearly 4-5 lpa average salary given by mass recuitor companies .The companies are infosys , ltimindtree , accenture , ibm , capgemini , cognigent , etc .The placement rate is nearly 60 to 70 percent.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. The average package is around 4.86 LPA and in 2023, the highest package was 16 LPA and in 2022, the highest package was 44 LPA. Talking about my future plans, I wish to pursue my masters abroad after completing my undergraduate course here.

Placement Experience:

Despite the low fee structure, my college provides a good placements. Almost every student of CSE Dept who sit for placement, gets the placement between 4lpa - 6lpa. Last year the highest package was ?12 lpa. ECE department has the lowest percentage of placements. And other engineering departments have between 60-70% placement. All the mentioned above is the description of in campus placement. Not many students of my college opt for out campus. But if they do, they get good placements as per the reports. In 2021 a student secured the job in Microsoft, with the placement of ?45 lpa (out campus).

If you come to this college this college is good the teachers are friendly and you will get the campus from the college if you study hard.

You can take admission in UEM Kolkata through IEMJEE Entrance Test or Direct Admission by giving 10,000/-.
