Remarks

It's one of the best colleges in Punjab. The campus is really beautiful. Also it is pretty close to my hometown (150 KM). The placements have been very good. Top companies like MS, AMZ, GS regularly come for placements.

Course Curriculum Overview

They're extremely good. Well, atleast some of them. The syllabus is outdated to be honest. Yes there is enough industry exposure that we can get, especially in the 3rd year when we have the opportunity to get some internships.

Class Size: 25Course Fees: INR 1460000 per year

Placement Experience

Microsoft, Amazon, Goldman sachs etc regularly visit the campus. Every year the highest package is always above 42LPA.

College Events

There are many tech societies there. OWASP, MS, ACM, etc. The non tech societies are more kn number as compared to the tech ones. We have many events throughout the year. Thousands of students attend them. Workshops are conducted regularly to help students learn new tech.

Campus Life

They are incredible. We have a crazy sports complex. 400m athletic ground, swimming pool, badminton,tennis, basketball - you name it. The whole campus has pretty decent wifi with speeds atleast 5mbps. The library is INSANE. It is one of the coolest libraries you'll ever see.

Good campus life with decent academics

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent.Many companies visit the campus,but getting a good package depends on your skills and performance.Teh university also provides training support. Some companies like Deloitte,nexity consulting,Bigbasket,zepto etc visited are campus.

The curriculumn of chandigarh university is releavant and covers core subjects with projects and labs. It support basic industry readiness, but pratical exposure can improve. Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is good as there are many subjects which are important from the point of view and law like sociology and political science and we also have a new subject UNGP which allows the students to know about UN helping them in public international law and internatinal law understanding. Honest is the best Policy

I was getting addmission in some other private colleges but this was near to me and had a great rew.. Its infra and hostels are really worth it. inside campus walls

i applied for lnmiit college jaipur . there i was expecting computer branch but did got electronics branch so i didnt went there.here in thapar it was based on jee mains percentile for addmission. computer branches were available till 89 percentile for punjab students and till 94 percentile for outside punjab students. so i had percentile of 95 so i easily got computer branch over here....Read More
