Remarks

Admission process is good as others college have generally, I reached the campus on time and there on the gate of college I got the helping volunteers they helped me a lot and told me all about the procedure helped me whatever I need ... After that I reached to other side where adm. Procedure was going on there I got a slip and told to wait till my no. Comes , when I was called by volunteers there merification of my documents was done twice and I was send to teachers for further verifications.. There teachers calculated my best of 4 percent and I was send to other teachers for verification there all the verification was done and I was congrats by there by teacher... I feel so good I choose this college because I found the course which I want to study for further graduation

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course was so good actually I got the same I want so it was or is quiet good for me my combination is history +sociology and the teacher they are so good their teaching methods and everything all they are attentive I choose the course so that it can help me in my UPSC preparation, the ratio of students is good enough in all faculty, Qualification faculty is also good you find a no. Of students and teachers are well qualified and well experienced they have a good method of teaching you can easily understand.... There are two term exams in the college in December and may. .. If you study then there should not be fear of failure if you just pay attention in class only then you cover a lot teachers are quiet taught everything in class and cover almost everything in the syllabus. It was not difficult to pas.. If you pay attention you will pas very easily..

You will eligible with 6 semester for any placement as far my knowledge else I don't know much about it If I say I don't know much about placements cell but yeah I feel that it is not so good .... St placements... But other you gain a lot here...

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure if you see was you need not to pay much it depends over the course if you take B.A program it will maximum of 8000 in first year and it will decrease with your years.... There are also available forms for fees concession, and scholarship many students got.. But due to covid -19 this year scholarship was canceled for Year... Also if you have finance problem.. You can talk to your Principal... I don't know about campus job... I will see to it

Campus Life

Campus is quiet good, ragging free environment people have well interaction with colleagues, juniors and seniors.. Infrastructure is v well developed and maintained you also find many washrooms for every wing. Classrooms. Are neat and clean... I loved the infrastructure, you will also find a library with lots of books availability, and a big auditorium.., open gym, basketball playground, and a room gym.. Separate sports room... You can also join different societies there in the campus including dance, singing, music music etc and also french language course Germany etc. Many other activities are done for the students like book fair, visit as per your subject requirement last time my class visits to aravalli biodiversity parks... Group discussion was done... We enjoyed and learned a lot there.. I don't know about any social groups.. I will see it

Course Curriculum Overview:

British classics, Indian writing, postcolonial literature builds a strong foundation in literary analysis, critical thinking, and interpretation, which are useful skills. As for comprehensiveness, the curriculum is quite broad. It covers multiple literary periods, genres, and critical theories over the three years, so you’re not really missing out on the essentials. In that sense, it feels academically complete. But sometimes, it leans more towards breadth over depth you move quickly from one topic to another.

There's a placement cell and placement drives do happen in college but genuinely the package offered is not really considerable. After the 4th semester students are considered to sit in the placement drives though I would say it is not very efficient and fruitful.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

The course offers many things for students interms of their further academic pursuits or any placement they are looking for. Talking about the areas of improvement and teaching methods there are none. The exams of the respective subject are to happen. They take test 1 , test 2 and there is final exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The reason why I choose this subject because I like history and want to know more about it . History have the best opportunities to pursue the UPSC , Anthropology, archeology and we can learn more about historical researches . The faculty im the department of history is updated and well versed in the field of history and have adopted student friendly teaching methods which make me suggest this subject in JMC to the students who likes to pursue higher studies in history. The exams are conducted at the end of every semester with moderate difficulty level .
