Remarks

I had always been interested in studying english as a subject. And Delhi taking admission in Delhi University was one of the major driving forces for me to score well in class XII. Given the brand that DU is, and the benefits that pass-outs from the university are able to gain, I believe Delhi University would be a dream for all the young aspiring minds.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I found the course very interesting as it had made me develop myself and honed my perspective of various people and situations around myself. The faculties, in Delhi University, however are not as strict or careful about the academics as they are expected to be.

Internships Opportunities

Feeding India, External Relations Team, Unpaid Internship. Ny overall experience with the NGO was very helpful and exciting. I got to know about the internship from the facebook page of my placement cell.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placement cell of the college is very helpful. Even the faculty incharge of the placements is very caring for the students. Regular training programs, etc. are held at the campus. Additionally, if you join the college, it is advised that you be a part of the placement cell in order to get a number of benefits and attain a good name in the campus.

College Events

4.5

Personally, I loved to be a part of college given the crowd and the faculty in the college. There are a number of societies that students can be a part of. Additionally, students may also bring in their innovations and start new societies or events of their own.

Campus Life

3.5

College of Vocational Studies has a very small campus with a huge playground at the back. During events like annual fests, etc. the college looked too crowded. However, there are a few facilities such as the Girls Common Room, facilitated with a bed, sofa, toiletries, etc. that proved of help.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

CVS does not offer any hostel facilities for students. If there are students from outside the state, they may choose to stay close to the campus in PGs or independent flats. The college is located in Sheikh Sarai area, that has a number of such residence facilities available.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly, the curriculum is quite good and covers the main subjects needed for B.Pharm. I chose this course because it gives a good mix of pharmaceutical theory and practical knowledge. The practical classes help in understanding the concepts better and the course provides a useful foundation for further studies and future jobs in the pharmaceutical field.

I don't know much about placement because I don't want to sit in the placement drive of my college. Like I told earlier also that I have interest in electronics, so I want to do something in that field. If I want then I will give GATE exam after 4 years of my college so that I can get a chance to do MTECH in vlsi.
