Remarks

One of the best options to choose from, great infrastructure and faculty, good crowd of college, affordable fees, under Delhi University, International recognition of the university, good future options.

Course Curriculum Overview

A well rounded course needed in today's world. The course was a good one though it lacked some bases. We had to study subjects not relevant to our focus of study. The faculty and staff is good and helpful in each and every step of the way.

Placement Experience

3.5

KPMG, Delloite, the Oberoi Group, EY etc are some of the few companies who visited our country this year. I am only in 2nd year so its hearsay. I haven't sat for placements to give a proper answer for the question.

College Events

4

The campus a good crowd with a punjabi majority. The annual fest of the college is lit. With as much as 30 different societies to choose from one shouldn't worry about extracurricular as ome day or the other diffrent fests can be observed.

Campus Life

The campus provides free wifi to use though the speed is slow due to high traffic. The college also has a sports room where we can find common equipments. The library also has a good number of books. With 4 different computer labs free for students to use, gym, bank, auditorium, and a good canteen student shouldn't need anything new.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Environment engineering is quite easy as compared to other branches and apart from that you can get highly beneficial knowledge related to surrounding pollutants. With respect to improvement there should also be courses related to practical time consideration of how we can reduce the pollutants concentration. Exam occurs 2 times in 6 months but quiz happens on regular basis.

All the big Mncs and heavily paying firms come to our college . Most of then are open for every students. But some only open for top branches. Placement are best in iits but some students go for UPSC and other for MBA or higher studies , so the percentage drops.

Placement Experience:

Here placement is average as many opt for higher studies the reason behind this is maybe because only a few companies visit. In which TCS is a mass recruiter. The average package here is 3-4 lakh per annum and the highest goes up to 6lakhs per annum. Here placement ratio is about 50%. I will also opt for higher studies after getting a degree

Remarks:

No negative remark I want to give to my college as I was not such a brilliant student though. From faculty to practice sessions, from curricular activities to co-curricular activities it is top class in all aspects. College mainly focused on the all over development of our personalities. I was very happy to be a member of the big library. I got a chance to read about legend people who created histories in their fields.
