Okay, honestly Our Department isn't interested in placements rather is it is in doing research. But as I was head volunteer of 2018 placement session I observed that almost all Engineering students got the job. The placement percentage is around 85-90%. About the internship if you have applied in abroad in any company through Training and placement office you will get it with the essential qualification and skills. Also intitute always share some emails regarding internship opportunities which mostly are based on research.

Rendezvous : it is north India's largest cultural festival in any university or college. It was organised by students activity Centre (SAC) and BSA(board of student affairs) in third week of October and First mid semester recess. It has many events and participants across the Country. On Final night they invite a super star singer to enjoy the moment.

The fee structure is very similar to other colleges. Excluding Hostel accommodation and mess food they will charge you the cheapest. For example if you are a student of Masters you will be charged 5000 for tuition fees And it is affordable. If you are also taking hostel you have to give Hostel Establishment charge which is nearly 10000, electricity charges etc so the total fees for the MSc program is affordable and it is 18000 per semester. Now the mode of the payment is online. You can either pay via online banking or through paytm account. They will provide you the guidelines and the link to deposit your fees.

No I didn't opted for education loan but institute will provide you the scholarship based on your academic performance. If you are good in academic your tuition fees will be waiver and 2k per month for your monthly expenses.

Campus life is very attractive and one will never feel like lonely. You have friends, freedom, and peace sometimes you can took part in extra curricular activities and you will make friends there. Gender ratio is variable in different departments. Like in our Department we have best gender ratio with 1:1.

Yes I have opted hostel accommodation. If you are a PG student you will be given single room but incase of UG student you have to share your room with the partner. Hostel are no doubt world class. Every amenities will be available in the hostel. Like bed, study table almirah etc Will be provided. IIT Delhi has enough space for upcoming students so mostly you will get a hostel.

Senior student are very helpful they will give you suggestions for next steps. What you should opt in courses and what you should do in your project work and etc.

I got admission through IIT-JAM exam. This entrance exam form will available on one of the iits website and the process of this examination starts in Mid- September to Mid October. Exams will be in 2nd Sunday of February. And results will be uploaded on the given website 1 month after the exam. Later you have to submit the counselling fees so that you can get seat allotment letter.

Faculty in Department of Chemistry are very polite, research dedicated, helpful, and much more. You can mail them any time and they will reply it very quickly. They were good in class as well as in the laboratory. They encourag you for research and hence you cannot complain about them. If you are working with your supervisor he will have weekly sessions to help you with the research problems and guide you well.
