Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of the course is according to the current needs of the college students that is it is very relevant to the real world and we can relate to the topics taught in the college. We have semester system which means 1 external exam and 2 internal exam of each subject.

Placement Experience

Placement and job opportunities provided by the college is not sufficient but satisfactory. What one fresher can expect to be paid. Internship opportunities are also not available for 1st year students whereas other colleges do provide to them as well.

College Events

Various events like society's fests in which various students from different colleges participate, freshers, graduation day, annual day and college annual fest srijan is celebrated, throughout the year.

Hostel Facilities

We don't have any hostel facilities in our college due to which students need to find a pg near the campus either in satyaniketan or in punjabi bagh. I don't know much about pgs as I am a delhi based student.

Admission

I got admission into this college with the help of my class 12 board exam marks. I chose economics honors as it is one of the best courses offered by the university of Delhi. Also it opens gates to many opportunities in the future for me like many government jobs and high level jobs for me.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is very well educated and versed with the concepts and the teaching methods used by them is also very good. A student need not take a tuition if she attends lectures attentively.

Placement Experience:

SRCC has one of the best campuses and our basketball court is so famous that many movies too have been promoted and shot there. Our campus is big too and our auditorium is such that many top personalities have come and spoken there. Even leaders like Barrack Obama too had an interaction with SRCC students in an open air event.

SPMCW is Special!!

I applied at colleges such as LSR and Gargi purely because they were also girls colleges and are above ranked than my college. In DU though a proper merit system works and in that merit my score couldn't get admission in those two colleges.
