Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is really vast. A huge effort is required to hold his/her place. Each and every detailing is essential to crack the career goals. In each semester, there are 4 continuous assessment test, laboratory final exam and theory final exam.
Placement Experience
Yes the college provides placement. The baseline selection is done on the CGPA cut off given by the company. Then the shortlisted students are geared up to the next level as per terms of the company. Even the college offer contineous grooming for the students to secure a seat in other company internships and job offers.
College Events
There are lots of events that the college is associated with. 1) Tech Cultural Fest (Annual fest). 2) Annual sports. 3) DevFest Google. 4) Google cloud platform program. 5) Awareness of seminars of various Govt. Departments.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure is quite standard. Not too less or not too high. According to private engineering colleges the fees structure is perfect one. And it also try to provide benefits as per the fees taken.
Fees and Financial Aid
Bank loan facility is available from our college. It could be of any bank. And many scholarship are also supported from the college such as Swami Vivekananda National scholarship, Oasis scholarship, Chief Minister Educational help scholarship etc. And many other private scholarships.
Campus Life
Yes they are good enough. Our college is equipped with multi-specialty Gym, Indoor games common hall, basketball, cricket and football ground. Even all the sports events are guided by coaches. The labs are also well equipped with the favourable instruments and faculties.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes the alumni network is also helpful. Many of the community such as Google Developers Group etc. are co-ordinated by our alumni and the senior students. It's really beneficial because it helps the junior students to understand the industry outcome from the seniors.
Admission
I have cleared the WBJEE exam, and after the results comes out, and the e-counselling process is over, I acquired a seat in my college after selecting the Siliguri Institute of Technology in e-counselling.
Faculty
The faculties are really helpful, and highly caring. Even they are well enriched with knowledge and practical skills to guide the students. Even all the students will be allocated with individual mentors to guide them personally.
