KCET 2026: Admit Card (Soon), Check Download Link, Exam Centres, Exam Day Guidelines

The admit card for the KCET 2026 exam has not been released yet. KEA is expected to release the admit card in April 2026. You can download the KCET Admit Card by using your application number and password from the official website. The Kannada language test, which will be conducted on 22nd April,2026, did not require a separate admit card.

• Without a valid printed admit card, no candidate will be allowed inside the exam hall, regardless of the registration status.
• You must carry a valid photo ID with you to your exam centre.

More than 3 lakh students are expected to appear in the KCET 2026, which will be held on April 23 and 24, 2026, for admission into Karnataka's engineering, agriculture, pharmacy, and veterinary courses.

In 2025, thousands of students faced OTP delays, invalid CAPTCHA, and login errors during peak hours due to simultaneous access by around ~3 lakh candidates. Similarly, in previous years, ~1% entry denials have been seen due to blurry and mismatched uploads of photo and signature, and other admit card issues.

How to Correct an Error in Admit Card

If there is any error in your Admit Card, such as wrong name, photo, date of birth, centre details, etc, you can do the following:

• Contact KEA Immediately

• Correction Window: KEA will likely provide a short correction period.
• Document Proof: Keep your documents, such as proof of name and date of birth, etc, ready along with your application form.

KCET 2026: Exam Day Guidelines

The guidelines to be followed by the candidates on the exam day are given below:

• Report to the examination centre at least 60 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid ID proof.
• Entry will be strictly prohibited after the reporting time mentioned on the admit card.
• Electronic items such as mobile phones, calculators, smart watches, Bluetooth devices or any other digital gadgets are not allowed.
• Carry only a black or blue ball-point pen.
• Any form of unfair means, impersonation, or misconduct will lead to disqualification.
