KCET 2025 Video Solutions and Expert Analysis

Ashok sir discusses that KCET Physics 2025 paper was of moderate difficulty, with a balanced mix of theory-based and numerical questions. Overall, the paper was manageable for most students, though a few questions were tricky, particularly in Modern Physics and Electromagnetism.

  • Questions were focused on high-weightage chapters such as Kinematics, Current Electricity, and Ray and Wave Optics.
  • Students with solid formula recall and conceptual clarity found the paper easier. A score of 40-45 can be considered a good score for competitive ranks.

KCET 2025 Chemistry Solutions and Expert Analysis

Raghu sir discusses that KCET Chemistry 2025 paper was of easy to moderate difficulty, with a mix of conceptual and direct formula-based questions, similar to the previous year. Overall, the paper was manageable for most students, with a straightforward approach in most sections.

  • Questions were focused on chapters like Thermodynamics, Chemical Kinetics, and Coordination Compounds.
  • The distribution was 20-22 questions of Physical chemistry, 23-25 of Organic chemistry, and 14-16 of Inorganic chemistry.
  • A score of 50 can be considered a very good score for top ranks.

KCET 2025 Questions

  • 1.
    A random experiment has five outcomes \(w_1, w_2, w_3, w_4, w_5\). The probabilities of the occurrence of the outcomes \(w_1, w_2, w_4, w_5\) are respectively \( \frac{1}{6}, a, b, \frac{1}{12} \) such that \(12a + 12b - 1 = 0\). Then the probabilities of occurrence of the outcome \(w_3\) is:

      • \( \frac{1}{3} \)
      • \( \frac{1}{6} \)
      • \( \frac{1}{12} \)
      • \( \frac{2}{3} \)

    • 2.

A wooden block of mass M lies on a rough floor. Another wooden block of the same mass is hanging from the point O through strings as shown in the figure. To achieve equilibrium, the coefficient of static friction between the block on the floor and the floor itself is

        • \( \mu = \tan \theta \)
        • \( \mu = \cos \theta \)
        • \( \mu = \sin \theta \)
        • \( \mu = \tan \theta \)

      • 3.
        If \( A \) is a square matrix of order \( 3 \times 3 \), \( \det A = 3 \), then the value of \( \det(3A^{-1}) \) is:

          • 3
          • 27
          • 9
          • \( \frac{1}{3} \)

        • 4.
The number of orbitals associated with 'N' shell of an atom is

            • 32
            • 3
            • 4
            • 16

          • 5.
            The system of equations \( 4x + 6y = 5 \) and \( 8x + 12y = 10 \) has:

              • Infinitely many solutions.
              • A unique solution.
              • Only two solutions.
              • No solution.
