I applied many colleges like Midnapore College, Jadavpur University, Presidency University, Mahestala College, Behala College, Scottish Church College, St. Paul's Cathedral College, St. Xavier College etc. Somewhere the cutoff marks is very high and somewhere the faculty members are not as good as our college. I was advised by many Mathematics professors from renowned colleges that I should take addmission in this college.

I applied to Behala College, Kolkata but I also got a confirmed admission there but I chose this college mainly because of higher reputation. Our college's admission process is very simple, to be honest, there is a form you have to fill up and meet the eligibility criteria and you are good to go to get your name on the merit list.

The admission process for the course was very easy as all it took was the marks from the higher secondary exam. You either get into the college when the first list is out or have to wait for the second or third list to be out. If waitlisted, there is a possibility to get admission still afterward as it is common for many students to leave the opportunity in order to take admissions in other respective colleges. The application form can be found on the website of Vivekananda College and it can be filled out online. The application dates including the last dates of admission and admission fees– are all mentioned on the website.

Every thing is well arranged and management is pretty good. The only improvement to they can do is by making the admission process online. Because most of the time, it's get difficult to always go to college for admission procedure.
