Dumka engineering college a hidden gem ????

Likes

Teachers are very supportive and we have very well maintained laboratories for each subject of each branch.
Teacher also inform about different kind of programs and internships.Each and every teacher is very sincere towards their respective courses.

Dislikes

There is as such no thing that I should dislike... just want to say that u have to be careful in rainy season as there are so many reptiles roaming here and there.
One more thing our college should open their cafeteria as it is closed since a long time.

Campus Life:

Yes our college do have a club named The Emerging club. Which organise all the events in our college and I am also the member of that club I am the advisory of that club. Our college celebrates sports day of 10 days which includes physical health of the students also.

Both pros and cons present in dumka engineering college

Likes

I really liked teachers , they are supportive, understanding and teach really good
I like ragging free campus and seniors behaviour

Dislikes

I think placements could have been better
I am dayscholer but most of my friends complain about hostel food

Campus Life:

Campus is ragging free , seniors are very nice and supportive, being fresher I don't have much idea regarding clubs and all but I guess this college provides sufficient opportunities for personal development

Not so much but yes the course curriculum. College life is Good.
Great faculties ready to help you all the time.

Dislikes

Placement assistance is not upto the mark.
Don't expect infrastructure of campus like IIT/NIT

Campus Life:

The campus is providing two annual fests one is tech-fest and the other one is a cultural fest named Fanatic. The social life and Infrastructure are good. One of the best initiatives is a foundation named Bhawisya founded by a senior of the first batch 2014, in which students from 1st and 2nd year goes out of campus for teaching the poor children of the nearby campus.

Best part of this college is that it is near to the market as compared to other colleges of jharkhand.
Seniors of this college are also caring.

Dislikes

Library can be opened on Saturdays and Sundays
Can improve the Wi-Fi range and speed in the campus

Campus Life:

This college also has a Club which is run by Students of Dumka engineering college called The Emerging Club Cultural and Technical events which are organised by the college are managed by this club.

Dumka engineering college is best college of everyone. It provides more environmental for study
In this college provide library facilities. In this library persent everything books regards every stream

Dislikes

In this c ollege manegement facilities is more dislike in this college is not provided more beneficial
In this college not provided placement facilities for everyone. Like if students enrolled in civil engineering 60 students then it provides only 10 students for placement

Campus Life:

LmlIn this college fee structure in 1 year in 70000 and the overall full (4th year) fee is 280000. This college offer E Kalyan Jharkhand scholarship and National scholarship which owner by government of Jharkhand and central government.E Kalyan scholarship is more beneficial for Sc ,St ,and Obc students. So everyone must enrolled dumka engineering college.

Campus Life:

Campus Life is Full of joy and happiness. They conduct a every year fresher party but due to corona, the fresher party is not conducted for the last three years. In the library, they have just course-related books not any other books like novels, stories, poems etc. In this college annual sports is the only event in which students participants for joy and support their branch. it is held every last week of December. There is only one group which is the emerging group which organised all the festivals and functions.

Good one for me

Campus Life:

Very good infrastructure with all necessary facilities. Hostels are well equipped with WiFi and good rooms well maintained with cleaned washroom and Lobby area and the college library has a huge amount of books available for study students can study in peaceful mind. Sports centres are well modified and well maintained every facility of indoor and outdoor sports are provided.

Campus Life:

Every year Jan-fab conduct tech feasts. There are different types of technical competence. There is an e-library is present and you will get daily newspapers and magazines. And all your academic books are provided by the college without any extra fees and you can also take some extra books from the library. In Every department, there is a smart classroom present. Every year they conduct sports like cricket, badminton, chess and much more There is a sports club present.

Best college near my home

Campus Life:

Fest fanatic is annual fest & also tech fest is organized monthly they are conducted. The availability of book is very good. Amenities are good. Basketball, cricket, volleyball, and more sports game is organized by the college for extra curricular activities. There are many social groups that you can see in Facebook.

Campus Life:
