Aspirants seeking admission to the Program should meet the following criteria as
Academic Requirement:
- Candidates must provide valid scores from one or more of the following examinations: CAT 2024, XAT 2025 or GMAT.
- The candidates must have at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in both X and XII.
- The candidate must have minimum 3 year’s Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent. Candidates appearing for the final examination for the Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent examination) and completing all requirements for obtaining the Bachelor’s degree by 30th June, 2025 can also apply, subject to furnishing evidence to that effect latest by 31st October, 2025; otherwise they may be asked to withdraw from the programme.
- The basis for computing the percentage obtained by the candidate would be based on the practice followed by the university/ institution/board from where the candidate has obtained the degree/certificate. In case of the candidates being awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the equivalence would be based on the equivalence certified by the university/ institution/ board from where they have obtained bachelor’s degree/ certificate. In case the university/institution/board does not have any scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by MDIM by dividing obtained CGPA with maximum possible CGPA and multiplying fraction so obtained by 100.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting of candidates for the selection process will be done on the basis of the details provided in the application form and their CAT / XAT / GMAT scores. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process at a centre in one of the following cities: Bangalore, Gurugram, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai. Centres other than Kolkata and Gurugram are tentative. The selection process may also be conducted online, for which the intimation will be given to the short-listed candidates in advance.
- Foreign / OCI/ PIO/ Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries applicants can be considered for admission on the basis of their valid GMAT scores. Applicants have to apply online by visiting MDIM website https://www.mdim.ac.in. Online registration for Foreign / OCI/ PIO/ Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries applicants will be open till Monday, 10th February 2025.

So the actual fees of batch 2023-25 was somewhere around 14-15 lakhs and our average package was around 12LPA so we can infer that they are giving quite well in reference to ROI comparing to other MBA colleges.

Fees is around 14.5 lacs for the batch of 2023-25. If you are among the top percentilers then 100percent tution fee waiver is given and scholarship is also provided to North East students. Internship opportunities are also provided and that is mandatory.

The fees for my college is 14.5 lakhs which includes your hostel, mess , and books everything. So overall this fee structure includes everything. Our college has tie up with many banks so you can easily avail a education loan and they also provide assistance in getting you an educational loan so that's not a part to worry about. During orientation time SBI employees visit our college and they themselve ask you that do you want educational loan or not.

I have got an internship in one of the fastest growing FMCG companies ie, Dabur with a stipend of 30,000 INR. Tata Steel and ICICI Bank make the highest stipend with 80,000- 90,000 INR in 2024.

• All the students got placed in previous batch. Considering this year's market scenario, the placement is not at per the previous years. But overall it is good, Considering the market condition.
• North East students and EWS students can get scholarship depending on their CAT percentile and academic performance.

Fee structure of batch 23-25 is RS1450000. Talking about the financial opportunity college does provide assistance to EWS and students of north west residents. MDI Murshidabad offers a wide array of internship opportunities, evident in the 2024 Summer Internship Placements. The highest monthly stipend reached INR 1.60 Lakhs, with an average stipend of INR 42.50 K. A total of 54 recruiters participated, including 37 new ones. The BFSI and IT & Allied sectors were prominent, attracting the highest number of recruiters. Marketing claimed the majority of placements at 35.4%. While specific internships varied, companies from BFSI and IT sectors provided roles spanning diverse domains. The internships at MDI Murshidabad not only offer practical exposure but also allow students to apply their academic knowledge in real-world scenarios.
