Why MDI Murshidabad is a hidden gem.....

I am a marketing enthusiast, I love building strategies and bring new creative ideas to the table, so doing an MBA in marketing was never under question We have 20+ core faculties apart from that many guest faculties from MDI G, IIFT etc comes for lectures, so its almost 1:12 student to teacher ratio I would say They all are highly qualified, with huge research and corporate experience. They discuss case studies regularly in classes and we learn from real world problems.

When Im watching current market senario, our college is doing far better that even many new/baby IIMs, our placement committee is really strong and I have seen them work imhumanly hard, and the results are evident through our SIPs and Final Placements.

Fees as compared to the Placement is decent. This college is the number one choice for students looking for best ROI. (After IIMC, IITK etc) We have Tuition fee Waiver Scheme (100% waiver of tuition fee), Special Freeship Scheme for North East students.

Life in campus is really "HAPPENING'. We have 22+ clubs and committees and they conduct events every other day, like case study competitions, International StartUp pitching competions etc. etc. Its fair to say there is more to learn from these extra curriculars than from text books, which makes MBA in MDIM worth every penny.

There is no AC in hostels (Huge con) but you wont be having enough time to sit idle in your room, eventually it wont matter after a time, and AC is provided is Mess, Library, Computer labs, Bloomberg Terminals, Classrooms where you will be spending 18+ hrs of your day (expected). 24x7 wifi facility is also there.

You have to sit for CAT, have a decent score in grad, Xth & XIIth. admissions.mdim.ac.in or you can simply google and visit our website. There are no reservation system in admission, you confirm your seat purely on your merit. (PS- Interview play is vital role, give your 200%)

I remember about my PI round, they asked what specialisation I will be optiong for in future, when I said Marketing they asked a lot of marketing related questions, apart from that they asked from current affairs and budgets.
