The students become eligible from the fourth trimester after internship.The companies which visit are ICICI Bank,Gartner, Droom.The total number of offers made are 157 for the past academic year.The highest package offered was 21 lac per annum and the profiles offered are mostly of management trainee.Percentages of students getting placements are 90 .My plan after getting the degree is delving into corporate sector.

MDIM's one of the most important committees is PLACECOM i.e. placement committee of MDIM. They worked a corporate time cycle just to get the batch placed. So from day 1, they will make you know the norms and guidelines about the placement. After some days they will start floating companies nomination forms in the college's mail ID. They will happen till the batch achieves 100% placement. Every year there are some prominent recruiters come to MDIM like ICICI Bank, Dabur, Bandhan Bank, Axis Bank, Tata Steel, Tata AIG, etc. No Ed-tech startup or company form is floated this is the type of a rule here. The highest package offered this year 40LPA and the Average package is around 11 LPA.
After getting the degree I like to serve for a well-reputed company and help me in my career growth.

There are 6 terms in 2 years and from 5th term students start to get placement. There are many companies like icici bank, Bandhan bank, droom etc and made many offers. From the 4th or 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the placements. One the highest package offered this year is of 40 lakhs by Fiitjee. BFSI sectors companies used to visit the campus very much. ICICI use to recruit the highest number of students. Highest package of thia year is 15 lakhs ctc per annum by Havells and average is of 11 lakhs per annum CTC. Getting in the one of the best company is my dream with the best corporate environment.

Talking about placements, we have 100% placements record, but in the year 2024, due to market conditions we are facing some problems. Although average package was around 12LPA and talking about average stipend, it was around 40k.
