University Institute of Technology, RGPV ME/MTech Selection Process

Selection will be purely based on academic performance of candidates. Merit list will be generated according to academic performance. Final selection of candidates for admission will be based on performance in Interview. No separate Entrance exam will be conducted for selection process

University Institute of Technology, RGPV ME/MTech Application Process

Application process is completely online and form is available on the official website of the university. Candidates must provide active mobile no and Email Id for regular updates. The steps of application process are as follows:

• Visit the official website.
• Click on ‘PG Admission 2021’ link and further on ‘Apply Online’.
• A registration window appears, register yourself with the basic information asked.
• Login credentials will be sent to registered Mobile no and Email.
• Login with the credentials and fill in the application form.
• Upload the scanned copies of recent passport sized photograph and signature
• Preview complete filled-in application form and submit it
• Take printout of the filled in application form and attach relevant self-attested documents and sent it to the university.

Required Documents

Candidates need to attach self-attested Xerox copies of all the academic qualification certificates.

• Recent passport sized photographs
• Date of Birth proof

Note: Original documents need to be produced at time of interview.

Application Fee

Candidates need to pay the registration fee of INR 750 for unreserved category candidates. For SC/ST/OBC category candidates of Madhya Pradesh, registration fee is INR 250. If a candidate wishes to apply for more than one course/specialization, then he/she must pay registration fee for each course/ specialization separately.
