CEG Guindy Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 7th semester, placement were come. Eligibility is based on company wants. L and tech, smart construction and many construction companies. In my college package 4 LPA to the highest package 30 LPA. Mostly 85% students are get placed. Another students were preparing govt civil exams and off campus. My plan is preparing govt exams. I want to get govt construction jobs.

From the 7th semester itself, students are eligible for placement. Average package form 3LPA to 4.5LPA for Printing students. A few abroad companies and a lot of Indian companies are coming for placements. Students must have 7.5 CGPA above for companies. And at least have to pass in all subjects above 6.0 CGPA.

After 6 sem there will be the placement were started. There will be also the PR (Placement representative) were also appointed. Students can search and inform PR about the vacancies in companies so that the PR approach the CUIC placement cell for inviting companies for the placement

From 6 th semester campus placement starts. Multinational companies are come to placement like walmart, Amazon, Infosys, Zoho, HCl and etc.. so. Many IT and core offers are there in our Campus. Highest package in this year is 35 LPA and average is 4 LPA. For eligibility is varry from company need. 80% students are placed another 20% are prepare for govt exam, higher studies, off campus placement. I am placed in HCL technologies in my printing core in college placement. After complete my college degree I went to HCL. This my future plan.

The placement package and offers depends on the department. In total, CEG received around 1300 offers, more than 125 companies visited the college. The highest salary package was 33lpa. The median package is around 5lpa. Bulk companies like TCS recruit around 200 students each. On campus placement start during June or July in our 4th year.

From the seventh semester, students become eligible to become for the placements. Caterpillar, Hyundai, Wabco, Daimler etc. Three got placed in Caterpillar and many got placed on IT companies. The highest is 12LPA by Caterpillar and the lowest is 3.75LPA by TCS. Actually, it was worse in the earlier years but this year the percentage was around 50% My plan is to get working knowledge on what I studied so I will work.

Students from the 6th semester are eligible for campus placement. Most all leading Software companies in India offer placements. The highest package is 1 lakh per month. Nearly 70 per cent get placed. I like to study abroad

Since it is 225 years old college.CEG placement is quite good because of the alumni network in most around the world. This academic year (2021-2022) has an 85% placement record. For cs/it student placement will be 100% with an average package of 10lpa. For mechanical 80% placement with 21 LPA as the highest package. The average package for mechanical is 5lpa. Companies like Reliance industries, caterpillar, Amazon, Wells Fargo, D&Shaw, Hyundai, Daimler and other 250+ companies visited this year.

Really good many core companies and many it companies like the caterpillar, Hyundai, Accenture, and in 8th semester you are eligible for campus interview, I am planning for doing masters or getting palaces in a cor company.
