According to the official website of the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Anna University, Chennai (CDE), the distance-education (ODL) programmes they offer are: MBA, MCA, and M.Sc. (Computer Science). There is no mention of a distance programme in Material Science at present.
The candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics as a compulsory subject or Mathematics/ Statistics at degree level. Interested candidates can register online on the official website @cdefee.annauniv.edu.
The PG Programme in Power Engineering and Management under the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering was started in the year 2013 with an intake of 20 students. This course is offered as a Full-time programme, to encourage the fresh engineers and professionals to enrich their technical skills in the field of Power Engineering and Management. The syllabus focuses on various areas like Power Engineering, Energy Conversion, Energy Management and Audit, Renewable Energy Technologies, etc.
