Anna University has officially announced admissions for its Postgraduate programmes under the Centre for Distance Education (CDE) mode for the academic year 2026. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website, annauniv.edu, by March 6, 2026.

As per the official website of Anna University, eligible candidates can apply online for programmes in subjects such as Business Administration, Computer Applications, and Computer Sciences.

Anna University Distance Learning Programs

Anna University Distance Learning CDE is offering only three PG programmes in distance learning mode:

MCA	2 Years	(i) Pass* in BCA / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent. (ii) Minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved category candidates) in the qualifying examination.	Distance Education Entrance Test (DEET) / TANCET 2025 (MCA) conducted by Anna University
M.Sc. (CS)	2 Years	Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration with Mathematics / Statistics as a subject at Higher Secondary or Graduation level.	No Entrance Test

Anna University Distance Learning offers an MBA program across specilizations includes General Management, Technology Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Services Management, Health Service Management, and Operations Management.

Classes will be conducted at study centres that includes Centre for Distance and Online Education, Anna University, College of Engineering, Anna University, Alagappa College of Technology, Anna University, Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University, Chromepet, and Anna University Regional Centre, Coimbatore.
